For instance, Lord John Grey learns the truth about Claire, Brianna, and Roger... though he has a hard time believing it. And speaking of Roger and Brianna, they get into their own time-travel trouble — Roger with his ancestor Buck and Brianna with Rob Cameron.
Claire asks Lord John if he believes she (and Brianna and Roger) are from the future, to which he says that he doesn't, but that he will behave for all appearances as though he does.

Fergus apparently knows Claire is a time traveler in Outlander. Diana Gabaldon mentions now and then on social media that Fergus knows Claire is a time traveler. Claire goes back to the 20th century and she is still married to Frank. They stay together for 20 years before Frank dies and Claire goes back to Jamie. However, there's a moment in later Outlander books where Claire believes that Jamie has died.
Did you guess Lord John Grey? Because yes, Claire and Lord John end up married in book seven, and yes, they drunkenly (and full of grief for the loss of Jamie, whom they both love with all of their heart) consummate that marriage.
Claire, Jamie and Young Ian return from America to visit, just in time to be with him as he dies, and Jenny whoops and sheds tears at seeing her son again after so long. Claire tells the entire family her true identity of being a time-traveller from the future, but Jenny still views her as a 'witch' or 'faery-woman'.
She baptized the baby and claimed Faith died afterward, so Faith was buried in the cemetery. When Claire visits L'Hôpital des Anges again, she goes back to Faith's grave. This is a chance to see her first daughter again, see what had been lost.
Margaret's vision produces the following information: "When twice 1,200 moons have coursed, 'tween man's attack and woman's curse, and when the issue is cut down, then will a Scotsman wear a crown.” To put it simply, it's Brianna, the baby who was born 200 years after she was conceived.

In a flashforward, however, we see Carole Littleton at Christian Shepard's funeral. She tells Jack about her affair with his father and their daughter, Claire, causing Jack to finally realise his relation to Claire.
At Christian Shephard's memorial service, Carole Littleton, who has recovered from her coma, tells Jack she and Christian had a relationship which produced Claire, revealing her to be Jack's half-sister.
Raymond uses his healing powers to stop the infection in Claire's body. When he reaches Claire's womb he asks her to call for Jamie and the strength Claire gains from evoking Jamie's name causes the last of the infection to be cured.
He may never have called Jamie “Dad,” but Jamie has been the only father figure he's ever known. He's always looked up to Jamie, and this moment shows that Jamie continues to respect Fergus and call him family. There are sadly some who wouldn't view adopted sons and daughters in the same way as biological ones.
