In the original Fantastic Beasts book, it's revealed that Tina and Newt eventually marry and have at least one child and one grandson in Rolf Scamander. Rolf goes on to marry Luna Lovegood and the couple have twin boys, Lorcan and Lysander.
It is confirmed that Newt eventually ends up marrying Tina Goldstein. Tina, played by Katherine Waterston, was Newt's love interest throughout the first and second films. Despite this, her character was sidelined for the third film, Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.
Though it was simply a misunderstanding, Tina believed the magazines mistake and eventually, cut ties with Newt and began seeing someone else after he called Aurors "self-driven hypocrites." Newt later kept a picture of Tina in his suitcase, this time, for anyone to see rather than keeping it hidden like Leta's.
Tina eventually married Newt and moved to the United Kingdom. The couple had at least one child, who in turn gave them a grandson, Rolf.
Queenie Kowalski (née Goldstein) is the wife of Jacob Kowalski, the younger sister of Tina Goldstein, the sister-in-law of Newt Scamander and a supporting protagonist in the Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them film series.
Quentin Kowalski seems to be a direct descendant of Jacob and Queenie, bearing Jacob's last name and the masculine version of Queenie's first name. Based on the characters' ages, Quentin could easily be Jacob and Queenie's grandson, suggesting that the couple would eventually marry and start a family together.
It was such a heavy time, and there was such a reduction of socialization as for being able to, like, see other people, and I was pregnant all throughout the film, and Victoria Yeates [Bunty Broadacre, Newt's assistant] was also pregnant on the film and because we weren't able to do any classes or any kind of in-person ...

In 1913, one of Leta's experiments involving a Jarvey went too far, endangering the life of another student. It also violated laws prohibiting the possession of this creature. Rather than see his good friend expelled, Newt took the blame, and was thus sentenced to be expelled from Hogwarts in Leta's place.
The real reason why Newt Scamander isn't in Hogwarts Legacy is that he wasn't born yet. This iconic character was born on February 24, 1897. While the game is set during these years, it would be almost impossible to see him in the game as he wouldn't have the age to attend Hogwarts.
Queenie Goldstein is the sister of Porpentina and holds a menial position in the Wand Permit Office at MACUSA when she and Tina meet Newt Scamander.
Queenie couldn't legally marry Jacob, at least in the United States, as wizarding law there at the time forbade magical and No-maj marriages. That's why discussions of the whole thing say it is forbidden, because it was under MACUSA law (at least until it was repealed in the 1960s).
The most notorious Lestrange from the "Harry Potter" series was Bellatrix — the cousin of Sirius Black and Lord Voldemort's most devoted follower. But Bellatrix was born with the same last name as Sirius (Black), and only became a Lestrange when she married her husband Rodolphous.
While Queenie felt that Grindelwald's aims would allow the two of them to be together, Jacob was repulsed by Grindelwald, and watched sadly as Queenie joined with the Dark Wizard, leaving him behind, devastated and initially wanting nothing more to do with the wizarding world.
At his Paris rally, Grindelwald announced that witches and wizards could love whomever they wanted once Wizardkind ruled the world. Despite Jacob's protests, Queenie believed and joined Grindelwald, leaving Jacob behind. For the majority of Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore, Queenie worked for Grindelwald.
After a careful investigation, the user suggested that it may have been Alison's makeup that made the difference.
