If you have set up scheduled payments over $1,000, to ensure your payments continue to arrive on time, simply reset your scheduled payment via Osko to the Standard payment. This can be done through Internet Banking or Banking App.
The daily limit for Osko transactions is included in the default Bank Australia daily limit – which is $2,000.

Payments made from an Orange Everyday bank account through the New Payments Platform (including Osko payments) will be capped at $1,000 per day per account.
These could be: The BSB or account number used may be incorrect. The payee's account or financial institution may not accept Osko Payments. The PayID may be incorrect.
Osko® payments to participating Australian banks are received within a minute (or may take longer), anytime day or night, even on weekends.
Which banks are using Osko? As expected, the big-four banks - NAB, CommBank, ANZ, and Westpac all use Osko. Unfortunately, if you bank with the likes of Adelaide Bank, Heritage Bank, HSBC, RACQ Bank, and RaboBank, Osko is not available.
If your account has SMS security enabled, you will be able to transfer up to $2,500 a day on NPP/OSKO. Please note that for any transfers over $1,000, you will need to enter an SMS security code. If you do not have SMS security enabled, you will only be able to transfer $100 at a time, up to a daily maximum of $1,000.
Payment limits
Osko payments have a $30,000 daily limit separate to your Pay Anyone limit. This means Pay Anyone payments exceeding $30,000 cannot be made using Osko. You can increase your Pay Anyone daily limit up to $50,000 in e-banking.
From time to time your bank may experience technical difficulties which can cause delays in sending or receiving Osko payments. As Osko payments are made within your online banking, please contact your bank directly if you need more information. Did you accidentally pay the wrong person?
To ensure your money is safe, we may hold Osko Payments for up to 24 hours if further authentication is required.

Osko provides the option to use a PayID to make a payment instead of a BSB/Account number. A PayID is a smart address for Osko payments. It links someone's bank account to a recognisable and memorable piece of information the person uses in everyday life – such as their phone number or email address.
Pay Anyone offers simple payments to BSB and account numbers. Osko allows you to send and receive money almost instantly between financial institutions 24/7. Both Pay Anyone and Osko are available via Bendigo e-banking. Business customers looking for options to make single transaction payments.
If you're sending a large amount of money, you may want to use a wire transfer at your bank. You'll need the recipient's account and routing numbers. You and the recipient will likely incur fees. Wire transfers take place in less than 24 hours but do not occur on weekends or on bank holidays.
Osko payments are subject to available funds and are included within your Bank of Melbourne Internet Banking Daily Transfer Limit. Osko payments to PayID are also limited to $5,000. Can I make international payments with Osko®? No, Osko is only available for AUD transactions within Australia.

Osko works together with Australian banks and financial institutions to bring you faster payments from within your existing online banking, typically in the 'Pay Anyone' section.
Osko is owned and operated by BPAY, and operates on the NPP as an overlay service. It uses PayID as a reference for payments. Payments are instant to accounts that have been transferred to previously.
The Faster Payments scheme has a £1,000,000 per transaction limit. For Starling customers, payment limits apply to your personal account.
When paying to a BSB and Account number and PayID, you'll know it will be an Osko payment as the 'Payment method' will be Osko or the Osko logo will appear on the Payment review page in Online Banking.
On a desktop, sign in and select Payments > Make a payment > Payees > Pay new payee > Select the PayID type from the 'I want to pay' drop down menu. On a mobile, select Pay > Choose A Payee > Add > New PayID/Mobile payee. Enter in their PayID details.
What happens if money is transferred but not received? If money is transferred but not received, the sender should contact the bank or service used to initiate the transfer to track the transaction. They can also contact the recipient's bank to inquire if the funds have been received.
