In Season 2, Raven endured a painful medical procedure, lost the use of her leg and was tortured by the Grounders. In Season 3, she was possessed by ALIE. In Season 4, the complications of getting ALIE out of her head led to brain damage.
During the second season, Raven struggles with nerve damage in her left leg from a gunshot injury she received when John Murphy shot her on the dropship. She also has to deal with the after-effects of Finn's massacre at Tondc, including witnessing him die at the hands of Clarke.
In the process, Murphy shoots Raven before running away. In season two, the survivors of the Ark arrive at the dropship and Abby takes Raven to Camp Jaha to heal her. She then undergoes painful surgery, supported by Finn but she loses the use of her left leg.
Fate. Destroyed by Trigon, via opening the Portal (See The End Part -1, 2 and 3), however later found as a little girl by Robin. Uses her small power to turn herself into normal Raven again later.
She is interrupted when Murphy holds Jasper, and later Bellamy, hostage in the dropship and has to find a way to open the door. Raven slips into a hatch under the ship and is able to open the door but gets shot by Murphy in the process causing nerve damage in her leg.
9 She Has A Super Powered Form
Though Raven spends much of her time keeping her emotions in check, when she does purify herself, she takes on a more powerful form that is dressed in all white.
Murphy (Richard Harmon) and Raven (Lindsey Morgan) ended up forming a close friendship despite that a bullet fired from his gun left her with permanent nerve damage and no mobility in her left leg (Murphy beat himself up about that for a long time, and all is forgiven between them now).

As far as fans know, Anneliese Van Der Pol is not in season five of "Raven's Home" simply due to a change in the show's storyline.
Raven's dad, Victor Baxter, has a mild heart attack, and Raven springs into action to take care of him. Along with Booker, she moves back to her hometown of San Francisco and lives with her dad, leaving Chelsea behind in Chicago, while her daughter Nia moves in with her dad.

Raven's Gem is a chakra-like gem on her forehead. It is a containment unit for the purpose to imprison her inner demon. When broken, her inner demon is released that can be absorbed by other demons, like Trigon.
For the most part, Raven appears constantly annoyed by Beast Boy's immaturity, while Beast Boy is attracted to Raven and frequently flirts with her. However, it is later revealed that she has a secret crush on him. Their mutual romantic feelings for each other deepen as the series progresses.
The move welcomes back Rondell Sheridan as Baxter's lovable father, Victor Baxter, but also results in a departure of several series regulars, including Navia Robinson (Nia), Jason Maybaum (Levi), Sky Katz (Tess) and Anneliese van der Pol (Chelsea).

On October 1, 2021, it was announced by Disney Channel that the series was renewed for a fifth season. Raven Symoné and Isaac Ryan Brown would return for the season; however, Navia Robinson, Jason Maybaum, Sky Katz, and Anneliese van der Pol would not return.
