Ben Solo/Kylo Ren. Ben Solo is the love of Rey's life. Initially unknown to Rey, she forms a dyad in the Force with Ben. The dyad is an unbreakable Force-bond that makes them one in the Force, despite being born as two physically separated individuals.
A clear attraction
Rey and Ben aren't siblings. Their connection has never played out like a brother-sister relationship. Throughout The Last Jedi, it seems clear that there's an attraction between the two of them. Yes, they're enemies, but they're also drawn to each other.
So does Finn love Rey? No, not like that. The films and comments made from those involved in making the trilogy have made clear that despite seeming to have some romantic tension between them, there is nothing going on between Rey and Finn.
A kiss of gratitude, acknowledgement of their connection, celebration that they'd found each other at last.

She does not have a baby bump, her hand never goes to her stomach to indicate she's carrying a child, and there wasn't exactly any time for her to have conceived a child with anyone in the course of the film, including Kylo Ren/Ben Solo.

Ben Solo Sacrifices Himself
In order to defeat the Emperor, Rey is forced to use all of the energy she has left, dying in the process. Fortunately for her, Ben survived being thrown into a chasm by the Emperor and can save her. To do so, he must sacrifice what life energy he has left to revive her.

Obviously the fact that they are both part of the dyad explains part of why Kylo is so obsessed with Rey throughout the trilogy. It's equally true, however, that his obsession stems from the fact that she is one of the few people in the Galaxy who seems able to best him when it comes to use of the Force.
Kylo became very fond of Rey, as she was one of the few people to ever treat him with compassion and kindness after his fall to the dark side, to the point she even begins to refer to him as Ben, and he lets her do it despite not liking his birth name.
Because he wanted to feel her skin, that's pretty obvious. A lifetime of conflict and loneliness caused Kylo to find solace in his connection with Rey, and he developed an insatiable fascination with her.
How does Kylo Ren die? Kylo Ren dies on Kef Bir (the ocean moon of Endor) shortly after Rey deals a mortal wound during a lightsaber duel on the wreckage of the second Death Star.
The question of why Leia's body only disappears after Ben Solo's death has a few potential answers, but it boils down to Leia's own journey as a Jedi. Her character can be considered one of the most important of the sequel trilogy. Her arc has always been inherently tied with that of her son.
The birth of Zayne
Zayne was born to his mother Rey Palpatine in the year after the Battle of Exegol, through mysterious and perplexing circumstances. His father could not have been Ben Solo, he died before Zayne could have been conceived whilst Rey was not intimate with a single man either.
