In the latest episode of the series, it's revealed that the favor Pudding asked Sanji for was actually a kiss. But she used her Devil Fruit ability to remove the kiss from his memory, leaving her the only one truly heartbroken from his returning to the Straw Hats.
Nami also claimed she wouldn't forgive Sanji for all worry and pain he put her through on Whole Cake Island; however, she did expressed happiness when he saved her from falling while escaping the Tea Party.
Whether there is any real potential for a relationship between Nami and Sanji is debatable. They are close, and she certainly is pretty enough for Sanji's standards, but there doesn't seem to be anything deeper between her and him, which is why we wouldn't really describe this one as overly likely in the future.
