Jane Foster possesses various superhuman attributes due to her Asgardian physiology, grating her superhuman strength, speed, stamina, and durability, alongside new powers common among valkyries, such as mystical teleportation and death perception.
As Thor, Jane had the same superhuman strength, speed, endurance, flight, and lightning powers as Odinson. When she first picked up the hammer, she didn't quite know how to use those powers, although her years with Odinson gave her a few clues.
As per The Direct, the description of the Mighty Thor's helmet reveals that Jane got her powers from Mjolnir's broken pieces when she visited New Asgard, the sanctuary of Asgardians on Earth.
