Permanent ban
Permanently banned users won't be able to access the platform or any of its features beyond seeing the notification. In severe cases, TikTok also blocks the banned user's device to prevent them from creating new accounts. TikTok takes permanent bans very seriously.

Prior to this expansion, the adult-only audience controls feature was only available for TikTok Live. Now the company is bringing the feature to its short-form videos as well.
TikTok block limit
If you have a follow block on TikTok wait between 1 - 2 hours before attempting to start following.
You can turn your Profile view history on or off in your privacy settings or on your Profile views page. Turning off profile view history means you will not be able to see who has viewed your profile, and others would not be able to see that you've viewed theirs too.
If you are unable to view the video, this could be a sign that you've been blocked. Try to follow them — Type the account's name in the search bar on the 'Discover' page, and go to that user's profile page. If the bio and its videos are hidden, this is an indication you might have been blocked.
Shadow banning is the limitation the TikTok users can get when it comes to their organic reach and engagement rates. The TikTok videos will not be shown on the For You page. It can result in decreased views, likes, comments, and reach to new followers.
To check if you've been shadowbanned on TikTok, look at your pageviews and “For You” page statistics. You can also use a hashtag in a post, then search for that hashtag. If your post shows up under that hashtag then you aren't shadowbanned.
Here's how to do it from the mobile app:

If your first five posts are not doing well, TikTok is going to limit your ability to be seen.
Jean Twenge, our nation's leading researcher on how social media impacts child and adolescent development, recommends that no child under 13 should be on any social media, including TikTok. And I would add that many 13-year-olds aren't ready. TikTok offers a curated version of their app for under-13s. Don't use it.
What age is TikTok recommended for? Common Sense recommends the app for age 15+ mainly due to the privacy issues and mature content. TikTok requires that users be at least 13 years old to use the basic TikTok features, although there is a way for younger kids to access the app.
From the date your account is banned for being underage, you have 113 days to submit an appeal and download your data. If you appeal successfully, we will unban your account and not delete your data.
Add TikTok to your Android blocklist
Head to the Google Play Store and download Freedom, a third-party app blocker. Launch the app and open a new blocklist. Rename the blocklist and press “Add Blocklist.” Type “tiktok.com” in the text field and select “Add Site.”
