Feeling bad about it, Maze apologizes in season 4's premiere and Trixie forgives her. In season 3, she turns against Lucifer when he refuses to send her back to Hell, but ultimately returns to his side.

In Series 11 she begins dating Matthew Aylward. However, Trixie's departure to care for her seriously ill godmother in Portofino forces them to put their blossoming relationship on hold. When Trixie returns Matthew proposes and Trixie accepts. In the Series 12 finale they are married.

In the sixth season finale "Wishology!", she appears to have fallen in love with Timmy, as they both kiss and she cries a little bit for his sacrifice to the Darkness. However, by the end of the episode, Jorgen wipes everyone's memory, including hers, and so, subsequent episodes do not show this.

In the series, Trixie was seen travelling to Italy to care for her godmother. The star's pregnancy was not written into the show, so using some clever camera trickery and props, Helen was able to conceal her growing baby bump.
