Producer Nate Moore has explained why the film only has one post-
Unlike most other Marvel Cinematic Universe movies, which have a mid-credits scene and an end-credits scene, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever does not have two post-credits scenes and has has only one scene in the mid-credits, so there's no reason to stay until the end of the full credits.
Much like Endgame felt like an emotional experience that you also didn't need a stinger at the end of this. This felt like we just wanted to tell the story as it was conceived without an added bonus. So, unfortunately there isn't an end credits [scene]." Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is streaming on Disney+ now.
However, there is a mid-credits scene that is built around the emotional journey of Shuri (Letitia Wright) and a monumental discovery about her brother that had been kept completely secret from her for years.
Bucking Marvel tradition, Black Panther 2 only has one post-credits scene.
According to Marvel Studios VP Of Production and Development Nate Moore, the lack of an end-credits scene was a conscious one. Speaking to ComicBook, Moore was asked about the decision to have no end-credits scene and attributed the choice to the overall tone of this film as a whole.
Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is no exception, featuring two end credits scenes. The first is a mid-credits scene – and it's a big one. The second is a post-credits bonus and is equally juicy, serving as a teaser trailer for one of the most hotly-anticipated future MCU releases.

Of course, like with most MCU movies, some of the biggest reveals about the future come from Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania's two credits scenes. The first scene takes place in the middle of the credits, and for the last one, you'll have to wait until the very end.

The boy reveals that Toussaint is his Haitian name and his Wakandan name is T'Challa, son of T'Challa. The scene works as both a tribute to Chadwick Boseman and a means to allow for a T'Challa to continue to exist in the MCU. It also hits on the core importance of Boseman's character beyond the mantle of Black Panther.
The young Prince T'Challa was played by Divine Love Konadu-Sun who was asked in an interview with POC Culture what it meant to be a part of Wakanda Forever. The eight-year-old Konadu-Sun described it as being “very exciting” and “wonderful”. “It's definitely very exciting. It was wonderful,” the young actor said.

Marvel didn't recast Chadwick Boseman in 'Black Panther: Wakanda Forever' — and it was the right move. Marvel Studios did not recast the role played by the late Chadwick Boseman in “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever,” and industry experts say that was a smart move for the franchise.
Although Boseman didn't film new scenes for "Wakanda Forever" (he died before production began), Coogler makes use of old footage from the first "Black Panther" in the sequel.
