On most phones—especially those running Android 12 or later—you can restart your phone via a software button in the Quick Settings panel. Swipe down twice on your home screen to open the Quick Settings menu. Tap the power icon. It's at the bottom of the screen on a Pixel, and at the top on a Samsung phone.
Using recovery mode
This method works on Android devices only, for this, you need your Android phone to be turned off. Simply plug in your USB cable and keep holding down the volume down/volume up button to enter the recovery mode. Here when the menus appear, simply tap exit, and reboot the device.
Step 1: Your Home + Power buttons should be pressed until there is an option for Restart, Power off, and others. The Power off option should be tapped on. Keep holding it as you press such device's Home button at once. Step 2: A screen is going to appear which is for rebooting of such device into safe mode.
Press and hold the power and volume down buttons until a load screen appears. Use the volume buttons to go down the list and select “Recovery mode.” Press the power button. After the phone restarts, use the volume buttons again to select “Wipe data/factory reset.”
1. Press and hold the volume down button and the home button simultaneously for 10-15 seconds. This should force your Android to restart. 2.
The easiest would be to connect the phone charger and the phone screen will turn on and you can start using it. You can also call your phone from another phone, this will also turn the screen on. If it's difficult to access another device to turn on the phone, then try double or triple tapping on the phone screen.
Press and hold the Power button for about 30 seconds. For some models, like a Samsung® phone, you may also have to hold the Volume Down button at the same time, but it should only take a few seconds.
If you see a red light, your battery is fully discharged. If the red light is flashing, there isn't enough power to turn on. Charge your phone for at least 30 minutes before restarting. If you don't see a battery icon or red light after you plug in your phone, the issue could be with your screen.
Use the volume keys to navigate to Recovery Mode and press the power button. You should see Google's logo and an Android robot on the screen. Press and release the power and volume up buttons. Now, use the volume keys to select the wipe data/factory reset option and hit the power key.
