In “Episode 2,” Maeve realizes she is pregnant after secretly hooking up with sports star Jackson Marchetti (Kedar Williams-Stirling). After the revelation, she continues having sex with Jackson during “2.”
Season 1. At the begining of season 1, Maeve and Jackson were having casual sex. Jackson wanted to go on an date with her, but Maeve were keep pushing him away. During one time they were having sex, Maeve got pregnant, which later she got aborted.
Episode 3 is the third episode of the first season of Sex Education.
After Isaac deleted Otis' voicemail, Otis and Maeve haven't spoken all over the summer. In episode 3.1, after Hope asks them to come to her office, Otis asks Maeve why they're not friends anymore, after what she replies that they just drifted apart; Otis is dating Ruby and Maeve's dating Isaac.
Maeve reports Erin to social services, after getting proof from Isaac that she is using again, in fear of her Elsie's safety. Erin and Elsie are both taken in by social services, with Erin making it to Maeve that she will never forgive her for what she has done.
Butcher tells Maeve that every single last one of them has got to go, referring to Supes. She agrees and they have rough sex. Homelander confronts Maeve about betraying him because he can smell Butcher all over her. She tells him he's crazy and doesn't know what he's talking about.
However, Isaac later admits what he did to Maeve, causing her to ignore him for weeks as he broke her trust. The two later reconciled and eventually had sexual intercourse.
Otis began dating Ruby Matthews, the girl he lost his virginity to. Though they had differing personalities, their romance for a handful of episodes has become hugely popular, with it blowing up on Twitter and Reddit.
Most notably, however, Maeve was in a relationship with Homelander but broke up with him when he tricked her into having a blindfolded sex session with Black Noir and physically assaulted her when questioned about it.
Meanwhile, Maeve begins having casual sex with Jackson Marchetti before the two eventually start dating after Otis inadvertently gives Jackson advice on how to win Maeve over. When Maeve discovers that she is pregnant with Jackson's child, she asks Otis to accompany her to get an abortion.
As noted by Deadline, Emma Mackey, who plays Maeve Wiley, is moving on from her role in the hit Netflix show. When asked about what's in store for Maeve in future seasons, the actor told RadioTimes that she's ready to bid farewell to her onscreen character.
She's lost an eye and she's bruised up pretty badly, but she's alive. Not only that, but because everyone believes she's dead and she's no longer a supe, she's now able to live the rest of her life in peace with her girlfriend Elena. For perhaps the first time in "The Boys'" three seasons, Maeve seems happy.
However, in episode 4 of season 3, when Maeve and Isaac have a sexual encounter, things are different.

Otis: "It's important to check in." Ruby Matthews & Otis Milburn is a romantic relationship on the Netflix series Sex Education. It started in season 2, when he lost his virginity to Ruby on the night of his party.
However, Otis doesn't say it back and he ends up breaking up with Ruby because he is still in love with Maeve. Otis and Maeve then end up getting together for real. Fans are now upset that Otis and Maeve end up together because they loved the relationship between him and Ruby.
Maeve does choose Otis over Isaac, however, she doesn't actually end up with anyone at the end of Sex Education season 3.
We know Isaac is not in school and is older than Maeve and her classmates, but his world appears very small to the viewer, rarely seeing him leave the caravan park.
However, Otis was in the way because Maeve liked him romantically and told him as much. Despite being mad at the way he acted out at a party, Otis hoped to make amends by leaving Maeve a voicemail that expressed his love for her. The voicemail was promptly deleted by Isaac.
