Select the printer, and then click Properties or Printer Properties. Click the Advanced tab. In the Scale/Resize area, select the Print document on option, and then select a size from the drop-down list. Click OK to close the printer settings or properties dialog box.

Check your document and your application for settings that force its output at more or less than actual size. You may see a "Fit to Page," "Scale to Fit" or "Crop to Fit" option.
Method 1: Change the Settings of Print Preview:
Before printing the page, go to File menu, click Print preview and select a size setting other than "Shrink to fit." For most pages, 100% should work.
Select Start > Settings . Go to Devices > Printers & scanners > select a printer > Manage.
Select the printer, and then click Properties, Printer Properties, or Preferences. Click the Effects tab. Select the Print document on option, and then select a size from the drop-down list. Click OK to close the printer settings or properties dialog box.
Choose Tools > Edit PDF > Edit. Select the text you want to change. In the right-side Format panel, you can adjust the size of your font. Click outside the selection to deselect it and start over.
To resolve this issue, change the default paper size of your printer: Click Start, point to Settings, and the click Printers. Right-click the appropriate printer, and then click Properties. Click the Paper tab, and then click the paper size you want to use in the Paper Size box.
From the Home screen, touch Copy . Select the desired number of copies. Touch (Settings) to specify paper size, paper type, quality, or other settings including enlarge/reduce in %.
From the printer menu please click on Copy and then Copy Document. Click the Settings / gear icon and select resize, then select Custom Size.
Open the Advanced Settings (EWS) in the HP Smart app or type the printer IP address into a web browser address bar. On the EWS home page, click Settings. Under Copy Settings, select Custom from the Resize drop-down. Enter a percentage value to reduce or enlarge the copy size.
Access the printer homepage through the settings menu in HP Smart. Open the HP Smart app, and then create an account or sign in. If you do not have HP Smart, download it from 123.hp.com or your app store. If your printer is not already available, click Add Printer or the plus sign to add the printer.
To manage the printer, click the picture of your printer on the home screen to change preferences and options, check the printer status, and more. To add or remove home screen tiles, select Personalize Tiles at the bottom of the screen (Android, iOS) or in the App Settings (Windows, Mac).
The most popular formats of the traditional sizes are the Letter (8.5 × 11 inches), Legal (8.5 × 14 inches) and Tabloid (11 × 17 inches) formats. You more than likely use these formats in your everyday life.
Default refers to a default scale setting established by an individual user; None prints the document at 100% scale.
Open the item you want to print, click File > Page Setup. Select Manage Custom Sizes from the Paper Size menu to open the Custom Paper Sizes window.
