Open your PDF document. Select the icon on the toolbar. From the menu bar select File and choose Print. Within the Print the current PDF document dialog box, select your paper printer using the drop-down menu.
On the Print dialog Box, On the Bottom Left there is a check box which says Print to file. Uncheck that check Box, you would be able to print from your physical printer. In the print dialog there is a box that says"CHANGE", open that and select your printer. I had the same problem and this worked for me.

Check your browser settings by entering the path chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments in the address bar. Ensure that the default setting, Open PDFs in Chrome is enabled. Try to reload your PDF and print again.

I suggest you to try turning off “let Windows manage your default printer” and check if you are still facing the issue. To do so follow the steps below: Open Start and select Settings > Devices > Printers & scanners. Turn off Let Windows manage my default printer.

Click the Default apps tab. Search for PDF in the “Set a default for a file type or link type” box. Click the current default application for PDF documents. Select the app (Chrome or Firefox) to set it as the default PDF viewer on Windows 11.
Some logical possibilities include that: You don't have a PDF reader or software downloaded. Your default settings on your PDF software might be set to a web browser. You haven't turned off Chrome's automatic setting to work as a PDF viewer.
By default, your documents print in portrait-oriented mode.
Restoring the factory-set defaults returns most of the settings to the factory defaults. It will not reset the page count, tray size, or language.
