If you've just installed a Ring Video Doorbell Pro and now there's a blue LED blinking and a slowly filling-in the circle on the front of the Ring Video Doorbell Pro, the blue circle you see on the front of your Ring Pro is a charging meter.

Restart your Ring doorbell
To reset your doorbell, just hold down the orange setup button on the device (located on either the back or top-right of the device, depending on model) for 10 seconds and then release it. After you've reset your device, try setting it up again.
If you are looking to transfer your Ring Protect Plan subscription from one device to another, you'll need to contact out support team. Alternatively, you can just cancel the plan that you no longer need, and subscribe the new device to a new plan.
You cannot deactivate or remove a Ring device via your account on ring.com, you must use the Ring app. Only the owner of a Ring device can deactivate it. You won't be able to control or change any of the device settings after your device is deactivated.
