Block history on Facebook contains the list of all the members that you have blocked on Facebook. You can access block history on Facebook in the Activity Log which is located in the settings section. In the sub category of Activity log you can go in the “connections” section to see the block history.
There is no direct way to find the date you blocked someone on Messenger if you previously blocked them as a Facebook friend. However, you can check the Messenger app's "Blocked People" section under "Privacy" to see if any information about the date is available.

Facebook offers several options. You can hide someone's posts or unfollow that person, which means you remain "friends" but no longer see their posts on your News Feed. There's also the option to snooze someone's posts for 30 days. Or block someone so they can't see your posts or communicate with you.
When you unblock a profile, that profile will be able to see your posts on Facebook that you share with the public. The profile won't automatically become your friend on Facebook. If you want to become friends with a profile you've unblocked, you'll need to send a friend request to that profile.
