If your device does not have the PrtScn button, you may use Fn + Windows logo key + Space Bar to take a screenshot, which can then be printed.
Step 1: Tap the "Search" icon on the taskbar and type in "Snipping Tool." This opens up a window in front of you. Step 2: Make sure the right screen is open on your computer. Click on the "New" button on the Snipping Tool to select the screen you want to take the screenshot of with the mouse or trackpad.

Update the keyboard driver. An outdated or incorrect keyboard driver might cause the Print Screen button not working in Windows. If you have tried the above methods and cannot fix the screenshot issue, you can try updating your keyboard driver.
The Windows key + Print Screen
To take a screenshot on Windows 10 or Windows 11 and automatically save the file to the Screenshots folder, press the Windows key + PrtScn. Your screen will go dim and a screenshot of your entire screen will be saved to the folder.
You may also take a screenshot using the CTRL + Print Screen shortcut.
To open the quick settings, swipe down twice from the top of your screen. There should be a circle icon. If you have it, you're in luck! If not, you just can press the Power and Volume down buttons and take a screenshot of the entire screen.

Check the F-Lock Key
The F-lock key enables or disables the secondary functions of keys F1–F12. Keyboards with an F-lock key may also come with an LED indicator to signal if F-lock is on or off. If it's on, press the F-lock key to turn it off. Check if your Print Screen works properly now.
Capture window (Alt + Print Screen): This lets you take a screenshot of an app window. Capture full-screen (Ctrl + PrtScn): This option allows you to capture the entire screen. Capture web page (Ctrl + Shift + PrtScn): You can use this when you need to capture an entire web page.
Press the Windows key + Shift + S.
