System apps come preloaded with the Mac and Apple doesn't allow users to uninstall these apps in any case.
One thing to know is deleting an app isn't the same as uninstalling it. There are two ways to delete apps, though: Finder, and Launchpad.

Tip: The main difference between deactivating and deleting a user is that a deactivated user can be reactivated while deleting a user is permanent. Keep in mind that if a user is deleted from the account and then needs to be added back to the account, they will be added as a brand new user.
Appwiz. cpl is a run command shortcut to open the Add/Remove Programs or Uninstall a Program list on Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10. To use the appwiz. cpl command on your computer, press the Windows Key ( ) + R on your keyboard at the same time.
Open the Registry Editor by selecting Start, Run, typing regedit and clicking OK. Navigate your way to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall. In the left pane, with the Uninstall key expanded, right-click any item and select Delete.
Remove ALL the extra spaces!
You can use Ctrl-F to get rid of pesky extra spaces that people still use at the end of a sentence, even though it should only be one space. I edit a lot of content that gets sent to me in Word docs. They are usually filled with extra spaces at the end of a sentence.
When uninstall is not an option, you can disable them instead to reclaim the storage space they've taken up. Simply long-press the app icon and choose Disable from the pop-up window.
Turning on "disable and delete" will give you 30 days to download your photos from iCloud before they're permanently deleted.
