While standing and facing the qiblah the worshipper makes an intention to perform the salah; this is carried out by stating which prayer is to be performed, how many units (rak'ah) and intending full-heartedly to perform that worship for the sake of God.
Arabic-to-English translation
God is the greatest (Allahu akbar); intoned four times. I testify that there is no God but Allah (Ashhadu anna la ila ill Allah); intoned twice. I testify that Mohammed is God's Prophet (Ashhadu anna Muhammadan rasul Allah); intoned twice. Come to prayer (Hayya alas salah); intoned twice.
Most Muslims pray five times a day, with their prayers being known as Fajr (before dawn), Dhuhr (afternoon), Asr (late afternoon), Maghrib (after sunset), and Isha (nighttime), always facing towards the Kaaba.
The prayer itself can be done in as little as five minutes, and can be performed solo or with a group. It involves rakats — a sequence of movements and postures such as standing, bowing, kneeling and touching the ground with the forehead while reciting specific verses from the Quran.

Perform ablution (wudoo) before going to bed and supplicate
It is reported in Sahih Muslim (SM) that one of the companions said that the Prophet (pbuh) told him, “Whenever you go to bed, perform ablution like that for the prayer, and lie on your right side” [SM 2710].
Initially, 50 daily prayers were commanded, which were subsequently reduced to five on the advice of Prophet Moses to the Holy Apostle. Therefore, Muslims pray five times a day to fulfill the obligation bestowed upon them by the command of Allah through His Holy Messenger.
The reason why Muslims pray at all relates to what Islam considers to be the purpose of life – to worship Allah alone. Shortly after Muhammad became a Prophet, the performance of salah (worship) was one of the first commandments given to him by Allah.
Prostrate on the floor saying: “Allahu Akbar” with your forehead, nose, palms of both hands, your knees, and toes all touching the floor. Then recite silently: “Subhana Rabbiyal A'la.” (How Perfect is my Lord, the Highest) three times. This position is called Sujood.

inshallah, Arabic in shāʾ Allāh, Arabic-language expression meaning literally “if God wills.”
According to Saintyves, Islam sees yawning as a sign of Satan entering the body, and sneezing as a sign of his leaving the body. Assas-bou-Malek and others all date this opinion back to the Prophet: "The Prophet said that Satan endeavours to distract the faithful in prayer. This is Allah's way of testing them.

When one of you feels like yawning, he should restrain it.” So yes, absolutely, it is indeed correct and good to say “bless you”, but the correct saying in Arabic would “alhamdulillah” and then in response right after, “yarhamuk Allah”.
