To wash a Squishmallow that has been peed on, add vinegar when washing it in the washing machine. Vinegar can help remove unwanted odor as it acts as a deodorizer [2].
Using cold water and your detergent of choice (but not too much liquid that it will make a lot of suds), run the washing machine on the delicate or gentle cycle. Be sure that you don't use hot water in the washer because that can melt the polyester stuffing inside the Squishmallow and ruin the toy!
Add vinegar to the wash. Vinegar is the only thing that works on getting strong smells out of things.
Give your Squishmallows a quick spot clean if they aren't too dirty. If your Squishmallows don't need a full bath, consider just spot-cleaning them. You can take a wet washcloth and gently blot the spot. Make sure you don't rub too vigorously.
Consider tossing a few blankets, towels, or sheets in the machine when you're washing a plush. This way, everything will get washed, and your Squishmallow won't be flattened from the cycle. Wash your Squishmallow in a cool, gentle cycle with low-sudsing detergent. Avoid warm and hot water at all times.

Soak moldy spots with straight white vinegar, let sit one hour, and then wash as normal (and dry!). You can also soak in a mixture of hot water + oxy clean and scrub the mold spots with a toothbrush.
