To start out, bake the pie at 425 °F (218 °C) for 15 minutes. Then, reduce the heat to 350 °F (177 °C). Continue baking the pie for another 45 minutes. After 30 minutes total cook time, rotate the pie 180 degrees to ensure it cooks evenly.
Preheat the oven to the temperature that your recipe recommends. Most fruit pies bake at a temperature between 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Remove pies from packaging and place on oven tray. 3. If frozen, heat for 40 to 45 minutes.
Frozen Meat Pies and Pasties
Pre heat oven to 350°F. Remove frozen pie from wrapping place on a baking tray and put in the middle rack of the oven and allow for 35 mins. Take it out and let it sit for 10 minutes before devouring!
When ready to bake pie, heat oven to 450°F. When oven is preheated, remove frozen pie from freezer; cut a few slits in top crust and place in oven. Do not thaw pie because no one wants a soggy pie. Bake 25 minutes.
From Chilled: 180°/ Fan 160° / Gas mark 4 for 20-25 minutes. From Frozen: 190°/ Fan 170° / Gas mark 5 for 40-50 minutes. Allow it to rest for 3-4 minutes - and enjoy. These are a guideline as ovens do tend to differ - Yours may have different settings, so please adjust accordingly.
Conventional oven
Preheat oven to 190 °C (375 °F). Remove frozen pie from plastic wrapping and place in oven on middle rack. Heat for 60 minutes, or to your liking. For best results, let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Place frozen pie in oven for 90 minutes. For a darker golden crust after 90 minutes, increase oven temp to 400 degrees and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until desired color is reached. Pie can be baked ahead of time and reheated at 250 degrees for 20 minutes.
In general, baking temperatures range from around 150°C (or 300°F) for slow and gentle cooking to 230°C (or 450°F) for high-temperature baking, such as for making bread or pizza. It's important to follow the temperature and timing instructions in the recipe for the best results.
Place the pie on a parchment-lined baking sheet (to catch any drips), and put the pie and baking sheet onto the lowest rack of your oven. Bake the pie for 20 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350°F and bake for an additional 60 minutes, until the filling is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
Heating Fully Baked Pies:
Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees. Put the pie, turnovers, or pastry on a cookie sheet on foil or parchment, and lightly cover with foil. For a 9-inch pie, heat for 15-20 minutes. A 5-inch pie will take about 12-15 minutes and turnovers will take about 10-12 minutes.

Hot Eating Pies
Bake for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven, or until the pastry has browned. Once browned, take your pie our of the oven and ENJOY!
For best results heat from chilled. Oven cook: from chilled: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 35-40 mins. Oven cook: from frozen: 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 45-50 mins. Ensure that products are cooked thoroughly and piping hot, must be cooked to min 82 degrees.
Storage. Store in refrigeration below 5C Here are our recommended reheating instructions for a Family Pie - If you pop your Family Sized Savoury in a traditional fan forced oven on at 150 degrees for 25 minutes then that should warm your savoury up nicely, ready for dinner!

Frozen fillings don't need to be thawed before baking. Line the same pan used for freezing the filling with a homemade or store-bought crust, then sprinkle with a few teaspoons of flour or cornstarch to thicken excess juice that results from freezing the filling. Place the frozen fruit disk — no need to thaw!
Recipe Tips
Place the pie filling in a freezer-to-oven safe dish or a foil tin. Roll the pastry out, place on the top of the pie and freeze before baking. To bake from frozen, preheat the oven to 180C/160C Fan/Gas 4 and bake the pie for 40-50 minutes until golden-brown and piping hot inside.
Bake 45 to 50 minutes – Bake the pie straight on an oven rack for 45 to 50 minutes at 200°C/390°F (180°C fan), or until the top is beautifully golden.
