To start, set off the two Bomb Chests flanking the King, which should take about 200 hit points off of him. Next, take out your Crossbow and rail on him until he dies (raise your Shield to avoid damage from the Pumpkin Bombs he throws at you.
Chances hit their max at wave 15 .
The event can be summoned at any time post-Plantera, but it is usually done after Golem and Duke Fishron have been defeated, and before the Frost Moon.
Halloween can be "activated" by setting the device's date to any date within the respective Halloween timespan. Change the computer's date to any day between October 10th and November 1st.
The event is triggered by using the item the Pumpkin Moon Medallion. This is an item which can be crafted after the Hardmode Jungle boss Plantera is defeated. The Pumpkin Moon Medallion requires three items; 30 Pumpkins, 5 Ectoplasm, and 10 Hallowed Bars combined at a Mythril or Oricalcum Anvil.
Contents. The Pumpkin Moon is a Hardmode, post-Plantera, Halloween event summoned with the Pumpkin Moon Medallion any time at night, ending at dawn (4:30 AM). During the event, unique and highly difficult enemies spawn at high rates and attack the player.

The Frost Moon is one of the three Moon events, the others being the Pumpkin Moon and the Blood Moon. The event is significantly harder than its counterpart and yields less money; however, it drops more powerful weapons.
The Twins can be summoned manually using a Mechanical Eye at night (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM). They also have a 1/10 (10%) chance to spawn naturally at dusk once a Demon or Crimson Altar has been destroyed, as long as they have not yet been defeated at least once in the current world.
The Horseman's Blade is a Hardmode, post-Plantera sword which summons homing pumpkin heads upon hitting an enemy. Despite it being called Horseman's Blade, it drops from Pumpking, a boss from the Pumpkin Moon event, not the Headless Horseman. It has a 1.56-12.5% (1.79 - 14.29% ) chance of dropping from the Pumpking.
This boss is relatively simple if you take it on at around level 20 or above. To make the fight go as smoothly as possible, utilize your summons. This early in the game, you are likely to have the Lone Wolf Ashes. Once summoned, the wolves will distract the boss, giving you the perfect opportunity to attack.
Moon Lord can be spawned by destroying the four Celestial Pillars or by using a Celestial Sigil in any world where Golem has been defeated. He will then spawn one minute after the status message "Impending doom approaches..." appears, or 12 seconds if spawned using the Celestial Sigil.
She is summoned by breaking the Larva inside Bee Hives of the Underground Jungle, or by using an Abeemination anywhere within the Jungle.
The glitched pumpkin's icon is the pumpkin seed when it is placed on the ground. It can be planted on any type of block to be grown into a pumpkin.
Location Found/Purchased. Mad Pumpkin Head Ashes can be obtained from the Minor Erdtree Catacombs. You'll need to beat the Erdtree Burial Watchdogs duo in the Catacombs to receive the ashes.

To spawn a Pumpkin Boss pet, the player must be the owner of the island they are currently on. While holding the egg, clicking or tapping anywhere on their screen will spawn a Pumpkin Boss pet.
Red Devils will spawn prior to Hardmode if a mechanical boss is defeated prior to the Wall of Flesh.
Use the craftable Celestial Sigil in any biome, at any time of day. Combine 20 Solar Fragments, 20 Nebula Fragments, 20 Vortex Fragments, and 20 Stardust Fragments at an Ancient Manipulator to create the Sigil, then activate it to summon the Moon Lord.
