Kill the Gnorc-adier on that bridge for a Green Gem, then Flame the wooden door at the end. Flame the Gnorc-adier in the room to collect a Gold Gem, then pick up the three Red Gems and the Green Gem. Approach the Purple Fairy here, and she'll kiss Spyro and give him Super Flame for 15 seconds.
