Start by choosing "File" and then "Print," and clicking the "Position and Size" settings. Usually, the default option is "Scale to Fit Media," which prints to the page margins. Deselect it, then manually enter scale, height and width values that equal the full size of your paper.
Borderless Printing with Word, Adobe Reader or Photoshop
In Word, borderless printing can be achieved by setting the page margins to 0 under "file" and "page setup". To print borderless with Adobe Reader, you have click the "file" tab and select "print". Select your printer from the drop-down menu.

To resolve this issue, change the default paper size of your printer: Click Start, point to Settings, and the click Printers. Right-click the appropriate printer, and then click Properties. Click the Paper tab, and then click the paper size you want to use in the Paper Size box.

If the borders are still not showing when you print, adjust the margins to give more space between the borders and the edge of the page on the document. Go to Layout > Margins, and select Custom Margins. Increase the border that corresponds with the one that's missing when you print.
The long size of the bond paper (8.5″ x 13″) should not be confused with the legal size (8.5″ x 14″). If you are creating a Word document in long bond paper, do not select Legal (215.9 x 355.6 mm). Instead, create a custom size for your document. Read on to find out how.
Click File > Print, click the menu to select a printer, and then click Advanced Output Settings. On the Marks and Bleeds tab, under Printer's marks, select the Crop marks check box. Under Bleeds, select both Allow bleeds and Bleed marks. Print your publication.
Most printers are not set by default to provide edge to edge printing. Instead printers will produce the image with white borders around it. To stop that, you can configure the printer, so that the images fits perfectly onto the whole of printing paper.
Click the disclosure arrow next to Border, then click the pop-up menu and choose a type of border (line or picture frame). To change the transparency, drag the Opacity slider. To lock the border so it doesn't get moved accidentally, click the Arrange tab at the top of the sidebar, then click Lock.
Your website might not be scrolling if there is a problem with your browser (Google Chrome, Safari, etc.), website code, or your computer hardware. You can investigate & fix the issue by restarting the browser, looking at the site code, deleting cookies, extensions, and/or caches.
If your page is showing a cut off or incorrect the print preview, it means that they page settings or margins are off somewhere. If you checked your software settings, it might be time to check your printer page settings. This is the preview that shows when you open the print dialog on your software.
Change the page orientation for a document
Go to Layout > Orientation, and then select Landscape.
Access the Print dialog box. Make the appropriate Media Type setting. Click the Layout icon button. Select the Fit to Page check box.
On the Page Layout tab, in the Page Setup group, click Margins. Do one of the following: To use predefined margins, click Normal, Wide, or Narrow.
