The real value of life is about how we feel about ourselves. Today you can develop a discipline of observing rather than ignoring, of doing rather than neglecting. Every time you choose action over ease, you will develop more self-confidence and your value of life will increase.
We value human life in a way that assumes we possess a sacred something not found in beings like lambs, turkeys, or mosquitoes. The "sanctity of life" is the idea that human lives are inherently valuable — more valuable than any other material thing there is.
Values help us live with direction and purpose – like a guiding compass. Whatever is going on in our lives, our values can show us a path forward, and help us make better choices. Values are also intimately linked to our sense of self, and they're essential for our mental health.
Significance refers to the sense that our life is worth living and that life has inherent value. Together, these three constructs contribute to a sense of meaningfulness. In some research, coherence, purpose, and significance have been reframed as motivational and cognitive processes.
The value of life comes not from the monetary value deemed appropriate by society, the power one wields or the situation an individual finds themselves born into, but rather exists just as simply as humanity itself; there is no price tag on what one can contribute to the world.

Basic human values refer to those values which are at the core of being human. The values which are considered basic inherent values in humans include truth, honesty, loyalty, love, peace, etc. because they bring out the fundamental goodness of human beings and society at large.
Human life is truly a very precious gift. Each moment of human life carries us an opportunity, to act to develop and express our virtues. Every moment unlocks the path to us to receive blessings. This is the truth that life gives us both positive and negative situations.
Being a caring, loving and ethical person, as well as having integrity, honesty, trustworthiness, and accountability, will make a person highly valuable. What is/are the main criteria of the personal value of someone?
The importance, worth, or usefulness of something. 2. The material or monetary worth of a product or service. 3. Your self-defined principles or standards of behaviour.
Family is important because they can offer support and security coupled with unconditional love; they will always look to see and bring out the best in you even if you cannot see it for yourself.
Low self-worth stems from unresolved past experiences and emotions. Instead of a thought, it's a belief. Those past experiences led to negative beliefs about the world. And if there was one emotion that drives low self-worth, it is shame.
The connections we make with others define our lives. I always strive to build stronger relationships. The relationship I value most in life is with my parents; it roots in my childhood and continues to impact my adulthood life. My parents are my emotional support because I could always count on them to have my back.
One of the most important parts of a relationship is to trust one another completely. You have to be able to trust that they won't stray and you trust them with your feelings. You have to trust each other enough to be vulnerable on an emotional and physical level, too.
Some examples of personal values include Wisdom, Family, Freedom, Adventure, and Authenticity. (Those are actually my top 5 values!) They are your core beliefs about what is essential. These personal values make up the heart of who you are and what is important in your life.
