Carnage nearly defeated Spider-Man until Bentime tricked Carnage into reverting into human form, enabling Spider-Man to knock out
In the majority of battles the two superhumans have had, Carnage tends to come out on top. He is simply too powerful for Spider-Man. The webhead often finds himself overwhelmed not just by Carnage's strength, but also by his unpredictable, chaotic nature.
The symbiote makes Peter Parker tired and drained and slips onto Parker while he is sleeping before a battle with the Sinister Six. As in "Web of Spider-Man #1", Parker uses the church bell to force the symbiote off of him.
The trio are confronted by the Superior Spider-Man and during their battle the Wizard loses his control over Carnage and he is fatally injured once Spider-Man accidentally drops him due to the shock of finding out Wizard read his mind and knows about Otto Octavius.
A symbiote is only as strong as the bond that it shares with its host. With that in mind, Venom is the clear winner, having formed a number of strong bonds since making its debut back in issue 252 of The Amazing Spider-Man.
Venom is a villain in Marvel's Spiderman. He also known as Eddie Brock. He hates Spiderman because he thinks he is the cause of all the bad luck in his life. Venom is bigger and stronger then Spiderman.
Introduction in Secret Wars
Discovering a machine he thought was a fabric creator, a black orb emerges from the machine, immediately covering Peter Parker in a strange sludge-like substance. To his surprise, the sludge began to form itself into a new suit, creating the Symbiote Suit that is now known and loved.
The symbiote was happy while attached to Peter Parker, feeding off of his positive emotions, leaving only the negative thoughts left. When Peter discovered it was the suit making him change he rejected the suit.
Biography. A hulking and twisted distortion of Spider-Man, Venom is the result of an alien symbiote merged with a human holding a bitter grudge against Peter Parker. This combination has proven nearly lethal to the wall-crawler numerous times.
Carnage nearly defeated Spider-Man until Bentime tricked Carnage into reverting into human form, enabling Spider-Man to knock out Kasady with one punch. The Carnage symbiote was supposedly destroyed in conflict, and Kasady was sent back to Ryker's Island, where he unexpectedly transformed during his time.
Venom is a mass-produced version of the Symbiote created from Spider-Man's DNA by Doctor Octopus for Loki.
After several long, drawn-out battles, Spidey was able to both defeat these new Avengers and Carnage himself. Although he did get some help from S.H.I.E.L.D. and Venom, this was one of the greatest battles between Spider-Man and Carnage.
Weaknesses. Like most other Symbiotes, it is vulnerable to sound and fire. However Carnage doesn't mind heat as long as it's the one making it.
Though Venom ultimately kills Carnage at the end of the story, he's too slow to stop Carnage from awakening Knull and luring the dark god to Earth.
Marvel Comics' new version of Venom has become the most powerful symbiote ever. Dylan Brock, the son of the original Venom host, Eddie, has unlocked a new power that allows him to sever a symbiote's connection to the hive mind, which makes him a threat even for the all-powerful Kings in Black.
Venom's symbiote has explained on many occasions that the Klyntar planet is practically devoid of emotions, yet over time he knows that he forms genuine love for Eddie.
Marvel Comics (Earth-616) Venom knows Peter Parker because Peter Parker was the first host of the Venom symbiote (or possibly the second if you believe Deadpool) when it was given to him during the original 'Secret Wars' crossover event.
Carnage is Venom's offspring and with Klyntar/Symbiotes their offsprings are more powerful than the parent. But Venom bonded himself to Eddie's body down to the cellular level. That way if Eddie gets hurt or something Venom can essentially heal Eddie's injures faster.
The Daredevil decided to decline as a way not to compromise the team with his convoluted issues. Spider-Woman agreed to join after losing her assignment in S.H.I.E.L.D.. The Sentry could not be found. The new Avengers met at the Stark Tower, a building owned by Iron Man which would serve as their headquarters.
Most folks are familiar with the fact that the symbiote who would come to be known as Venom first bonded with Peter Parker. It got a taste of the power of Spider-Man and grew to love that power. It grew to love the feeling of the wind on its face swinging through the city.
As a result, the very visible red suit made Peter Parker's life as the superhero very difficult. So, for a quick fix, he turned the suit inside out, resulting in the appearance of a black Spider-Man suit. Peter uses this suit to capture Electro and Sandman as he otherwise had no other viable suit to wear.
Venom is an anti-hero in the Spider-Man franchise. He is one of Spider-Man's archenemies later turned rival. The name has belonged to several different hosts over the years, which means that Venom is indeed the identity of this particular alien Symbiote.
Venom is one of Spider-Man's most infamous villains, but the original story claiming the alien symbiote was inherently evil isn't the truth. It's only after the symbiote spent time bonded with Peter Parker that it turned into a full-blown supervillain.
The Venom symbiote didn't make anybody evil and suffers from a lot of misconceptions. And while it's a popular interpretation, it's entirely wrong. Spider-man TAS has that plot-line and later adaptations follow it, but the 616 comics its very much the opposite.
