Owen Lars is the son of moisture farmer Cliegg Lars and the step-brother of Anakin Skywalker. He married Beru Whitesun, and after his father's death, he inherited his job as a moisture farmer.
He had no blood brother. In early drafts of Return of the Jedi however, Obi-Wan Kenobi did have a brother: Owen Lars, who was later repositioned by George Lucas to be the son of Cliegg Lars who married Shmi, Anakin's mother.
In The Phantom Menace, when Qui-Gon Jinn meets tiny Anakin Skywalker and his mother, he goes on about how the Force is like, crazy strong with Anakin or whatever, and then asks his mother about Anakin's dad. Shmi Skywalker is pretty clear in her answer: There isn't a father. She was impregnated by the Force.
Luke was adopted by his uncle Owen Lars and Owen's signifiant other Beru Lars. Luke is not biologically related to either of them, but Owen could be considered extended family. Anakin's mother was Shmi Skywalker. (That makes her Luke and Leia's grandmother).
When Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker's title was revealed, the theories of Rey's possible bloodline started up all over again. But whoever Rey ends up having for parents, fans can be sure of one thing: Han Solo isn't her father.
In the canon comic Darth Vader No. 25, it is revealed that Palpatine somehow used the Force to manipulate midichlorions to impregnate Shmi Skywalker.
Powerfully Force-sensitive, Rey trains to be a Jedi under siblings Luke Skywalker and Leia Organa, and faces adversaries such as Kylo Ren, Supreme Leader Snoke and the resurrected Emperor Palpatine—who is revealed to be her grandfather in The Rise of Skywalker.
Anakin Skywalker never knew Padmé was pregnant with twins, and he believed his child had died with his wife. He had no idea Padmé had given birth before she died, still less that the Jedi had spirited the children away and hidden them.
Anakin secretly marries Naboo Senator Padmé Amidala at the end of the film. In Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith (2005), Padme dies giving birth to twins, Luke and Leia. Luke is raised by Beru and Owen Lars on Tatooine. Leia is raised by Senator Bail Organa and Queen Breha Organa on Alderaan.
Rey is Anakin's half sister, and Palpatines relations to Rey through the force. Rey is a genetic experiment/force experiment of immaculate conception orchestrated by palpatine. So Rey is Palpatines daughter or grand daughter, in a metaphorical sense.
Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) was introduced as a knock-off Darth Vader in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, with good reason—he's Anakin's grandson. Similar to his grandfather, Ben Solo was once seduced by the dark side and goes on to wreak havoc in the galaxy.
In the second draft, Lars was also a Jedi, and it was not until the third draft, The Star Wars: From The Adventures of Luke Starkiller, that Lars became a farmer.
However, this impression was not left on Owen Lars, who did not appear to recognize C-3PO in A New Hope after having grown up with the protocol droid on his farm. The continuity of the main saga gets a little murky with R2-D2 and C-3PO being constants in all the films.
In 19 ABY, Luke married Mara Jade. Their son, Ben, who was named after Luke's first mentor Obi-Wan "Ben" Kenobi, was born in 26.5 ABY. Ben would later become the ancestor of brothers Nat and Kol Skywalker, as well as Kol's son Cade.
What is the connection between Kylo Ren and Rey? As Kylo Ren himself says in The Rise of Skywalker, he and Rey are bonded not just by their familial legacies (Ren as the grandson of Darth Vader and Rey as the granddaughter of Emperor Palpatine) but by their unique connection in the Force.
The weapon had a kyber crystal at its heart, and emitted a yellow-colored plasma blade when ignited. The emitter matrix on Rey's weapon featured a rotating gear-like mechanism, which caused the emitter of the lightsaber to open up and allow the plasma blade through.
Miramir was a human female who worked as a junk trader during the New Republic Era. Her husband Dathan was the cloned "son"—an artificial Strand-Cast—of Darth Sidious, the Dark Lord of the Sith and Galactic Emperor. Miramir had a Force-sensitive child with Dathan, a daughter named Rey, who was born in 15 ABY.
Affiliation(s) Zayne Skywalker was a force-sensitive Jedi Knight, and the son of Ben Solo and Rey Palpatine, a dyad in the force as the grandson of the Chosen One and the son of power force wielders, who became a legendary warrior and hero for the galaxy in the decades after the Battle of Exegol.
In a new excerpt, it's revealed that the names of Rey's parents are Dathan and Miramir. Dathan is the dad and Miramir the mother, if you were wondering; it's not always clear with these names from a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.
Rey. Rey (portrayed by Daisy Ridley) is the granddaughter of Sheev Palpatine/Darth Sidious through Dathan. Born on the planet Hyperkarn in 15 ABY, as a child in 21 ABY, Rey was abandoned by her parents on the planet Jakku to protect her from Sidious.
If Palps is Anakin's father, that makes him Ben's great grandfather. He's Rey's grandfather, which makes her Luke and Leia's 1st cousins, which means she and Ben are 1st cousins once removed.
We discover Kylo Ren (birth name: Ben Solo) is actually the son of Leia Organa and Han Solo, meaning Ben is Luke's nephew. Luke trains Ben in the ways of the Jedi, but Ben turns to the Dark Side like his grandfather (Anakin) before him. He adopts the name Kylo Ren, and kills his father, Han, in The Force Awakens.
