Saiyans have the same life span as humans, but let us keep in mind that the human race includes people like Kame Sennin, Tsuru Sennin, Tao Pai Pai, etc. who are more than 300 years old.
They have an average lifespan of between 70 and 90. However, they age roughly six to ten times slower than Humans, so when a Human dies of “old age” (which is literally just their organs giving out), a Saiyan would look like they are in their 20s if they grow up together simultaneously.
They then start to grow to adults, at 22-25 they are fully grown young adults, they will keep aging and possibly growing to age 30 or even 33, after that they just age a little to look about 35, until they are 80. At 80 they will age very fast and then pass away around 5 years later.
As such, due to the Anime's statement that Old Kai could live for at least another 1000 years, then this should also mean that, with the exchange, Goku's years would have added an extra 1000 years to his own. As such, Goku will not begin to grow old until 1000 years have passed in which the series will likely end.
Yamoshi (ヤモシ, Yamoshi) is an ancient Saiyan who could transform into a Super Saiyan long before Goku could. After his death, his spirit wandered in search of six pure-hearted Saiyans, to create the ceremony that would birth the first Super Saiyan God.
Having finally been canonized with her birth in Dragon Ball Super, Bulla is without a doubt the weakest Saiyan in all Dragon Ball.
This transformation has only been achieved by goku after billions of years of intense training in the other world. He was only able to maintain it for a few seconds but the amount of energy being prodced was so great it almost destroyed the universe.
He remains dead for the next seven years until Elder Kai's resurrection to defeat Majin Buu. The series experiences a 10-year jump which means Goku is (bear with us) 37 but chronologically 44.
In-universe, Goku dies on November 28 and is revived on November 3 of the next year in order to fight Nappa and Vegeta. Goku later sacrifices his life at the end of the Cell Games, opting to stay dead for seven years before having his life restored by the Rou Kaioshin during the events of the Majin Buu arc.
Upon his resurrection through the Dragon Balls, Goku remains physically 23 but chronologically ages to 24 when he helps drive Vegeta from the Earth. After defeating Frieza, Goku spends three years training with the Z Fighters for the arrival of the androids, which was predicted by the alternate future Trunks.
Eternal Super Saiyan is a form of Super Saiyan that makes the user immortal while in the state.
"Saiyans are a warrior race, so their aging slows once they reach an age suitable for fighting, and they maintain great strength for a long time. However, their lifespan is not much different from Earthlings', and when they reach a certain age, they rapidly grow frail," Toriyama said (via Kanzenshuu).
It appears that Saiyan children are born after nine months… biologically. Thing is, Saiyan children are put into gestation tanks seemingly before the mother starts showing a big belly, given Gine's still slender appearance despite just having a baby.
Technically they have no limit, but by becoming unrivaled, they create an artificial limit, and then… that's it. That's their peak. And honestly some Saiyans already reached that peak.
Goku after the 1,000 year time-skip in Dragon Ball Omniverse. He first appeared in the Return of the Gods Saga to help Adrian fight Majin Beegito. His debut was short as he was killed immediately. He has been shown to be an entirely different version of Goku and may be a completely different being.
Goku was born in April 16 age 736 in planet Vegeta. We're gonna use this age because it's the one in the Manga, in the anime he was born in age 737. Three years later in age 739, right before the destruction of planet Vegeta he is sent to earth.
Goku would eventually be brought back to life by the end of Dragon Ball Z's Buu Saga, despite the plot holes, and return to Earth a 38-year-old man, no worse for wear from when he died.
The Super Saiyan from 1000 years ago prior to the Frieza Saga - Yamoshi - first appeared in a filler visual in "Goku's New Power", well before the debut of the Super Saiyan form proper. Here Yamoshi was depicted using a Golden Great Ape form.
Super Saiyan 20,000 is an unknown concept of transformation from the Dragon Ball AF series. Like his rival Super Saiyan Infinity, Super Saiyan 20,000 has no plot or even a story, just known that he's rival of Super Saiyan Infinity in the 1st Hell and have some similarities to Bernkastel.
Throughout Dragon Ball Z and Super, the only Saiyans to attain this transformation were Goku and Gotenks (the fusion of Trunks and Goten), making it an incredibly rare form...
