After two years of dating, Grace and Tommy finally get married in a colorful wedding that's attended by both the Blinders and Grace's family (who are mostly cavalrymen in the British army).
When she comes to London, she meets Thomas and they make love. She later reveals to him that not only is she still in love with him, but she's now carrying his child. In Series 3, the pair marry and are happy living in a beautiful country estate with their young son, Charles.

Lizzie and Thomas continue to grow closer following Grace's death. Thomas takes Lizzie to the canal, revealing that he used to wait there for Greta prior to France, and that he hasn't been back there since, but wanted to go back with Lizzie. With this, he kisses her, and the two have sex by the canal.
Polly tells him that the Peaky Blinders can handle them but Thomas explains that the Lee family are already on their way to the racetrack, and that without the Lees the Peaky Blinders will be outnumbered against Kimber's men. Polly and Thomas realize that Grace betrayed them.
Why Grace Shelby Dies In Peaky Blinders. While Grace dies in Peaky Blinders in a massively shocking way, it was the only way for the show to continue. Speaking to fans, creator Steven Knight stated that the creative reasoning behind Grace's death was simply that Tommy wasn't supposed to be happy (via Reddit).
Does Tommy regret marrying Lizzie? Especially given Diana's connection to Mosley, who the Shelbys have been trying to take down for a while, it seems like Tommy and Lizzie's marriage might finally be over, and he later even told Lizzie that he regrets marrying her and that he is "cursed".

In series three, Tommy had sex with Russian aristocrat Tatiana Petrovna. During the act, she performed a little Siberian magic, choking him so that he would see her as if she were Grace.

In the show, Aunt Polly's actual killer, Laura “Captain Swing” McKee (Charlene McKenna), meets her end thanks to the oldest Shelby brother, Arthur (Paul Anderson), who lures her and her associates into a gunfight, complete with mustard gas, before killing her (and making sure she knows it's for Polly).
Grace's Death
By order of Vincente Changretta (Kenneth Colley), who seeks revenge for his son, Grace (Annabelle Wallis) is killed by an Italian assassin at the Shelby Charity Foundation Dinner in season three, episode two of Peaky Blinders.
Grace only loves Tommy, but she ends up breaking both men's hearts when they each make their own revelations about her. Specifically, Campbell learns that his beloved Grace has fallen for his criminal rival, and Tommy learns that Grace had been working with Campbell the entire time.
Lizzie officially reached the end of her tether after discovering Tommy had slept with Diana Mitford and decided to leave him. Still distraught over the death of her daughter Ruby, she's surprised when Tommy's son Charlie asks to join her instead of staying with him.
Lizzie was a working girl who continued to work for Tommy through the 1920s. Now the mother of Tommy's child, she is the lady of the manor.
Tommy's wife, Lizzie Shelby (Natasha O'Keeffe) ends up leaving him after he has an affair and as the pair split, Charlie, Tommy's son with Grace, decides to go with her.
Tommy and his family have moved into a very posh mansion, where they held their wedding. Grace, it emerged, is free to marry him because her husband killed himself. She wore a lilac wedding dress to show she's in mourning.
This information became useful in the finale of that season when Tommy went to kill Alfie because of the bad blood between them. Alfie seemingly accepted his fate, stating that "there's an honorable reason now to pull that trigger" and he even forced Tommy to shoot him in self-defense when Tommy showed hesitation.
Sadly, the sixth and final season starts with the unexpected death of the family matriarch, Polly Gray. The Season 6 premiere reveals that Aunt Polly was killed off-screen by the Irish Republican Army during the attempted assassination of Oswald Mosley (Sam Claflin) in the Season 5 finale.

He reveled in the knowledge that he slept with Tommy's wife, Lizzie (Natasha O'Keeffe), when she was a sex worker, but Tommy has also done his research and knows Oswald has been cheating on his wife with her sister and step-mother.
