Powder products: Products like setting powder, bronzer, or powder blushes can last up to two years. Cream-based makeup: Cream-based makeup like cream blushes or concealer can last from six months to one year.

"Dry powders and blushes housed in compact containers can actually last for several years," Rouleau asserts. "Bacteria don't thrive in a dry environment, so it's perfectly fine to keep a blush for three to four years as long as it looks okay and still delivers results.

What is this? In summary, I would actually suggest that everyone should have at least 2 blushes. One warmer toned and one cooler toned. Warm tones usually have hints of peach or brown in them and cool tones usually have hints of pink or plum.
