From Obi-Wan Kenobi to Yoda and Ahsoka Tano, several Jedi beat the odds and survived Order 66 in the Star Wars franchise. Order 66 was one of the worst things to happen in Star Wars. Jedi were slaughtered indiscriminately across the galaxy, and even children were not spared from the wanton carnage.
The exact size of the pre-purge Jedi's membership and operations are never specified. However, in the Star Wars Rebels episode "Path of the Jedi", Kanan Jarrus stated: There were around 10,000 Jedi Knights defending the galaxy.
Arguably, some of the rarest types of Jedi were the so-called Iron Knights. These are members of the Shards species - crystals with a brain of their own. They were Force-sensitive and all trained under the tutelage of Jedi Master Aqinos. The Shards had droid bodies, similar to that of General Grievous.
#1 – Yoda. Yoda is widely considered to be the greatest Jedi of all time, and with good reason. He is a master of the Force, a skilled warrior, and has an unmatched wisdom that comes from centuries of experience. He is the embodiment of what it means to be a Jedi, and his legacy lives on long after his death.
There are dozens of canon Jedi in the Star Wars universe. Opposing them stand the canonical servants of the Dark Side of the Force: The Sith. While many Sith Lords in Star Wars are mentioned, only six are detailed in canon: Bane, Plagueis, Sidious, Maul, Tyranus, and Vader.
By the end of The Rise of Skywalker, Rey had become the last known Jedi of the Skywalker Saga. With all that being said, Rey was not left as the last remaining Force-sensitive character.
Some clones disobeyed the infamous order than decimated the Jedi order, and refused to execute it. SOME of these Clones include; Captain Rex: Captain Rex, as most know removed his chip that would later be the way that Palpatine would execute order 66. Wolffe: As with Captain Rex Wolffe removed his bio chip.
The execution of Order 66 marked the destruction of the Jedi Order. Before the Galactic Senate, Palpatine told the galaxy that the Jedi were traitors who had attempted to kill him and seize power, and the destruction of the Jedi was greeted with applause by the Senate.

Order 99 is designed by Sidious, and its sole purpose is to contain or exterminate the Separatist Alliance if anything else failed. The 150 general orders were a set of orders memorized by every clone trooper of the Grand Army of the Galactic Republic. Along with the Republic's Supreme Chancellor, the Galactic Senate's Republic Security Council was capable of activating any of the orders. Order 66 was one of the orders that ended up getting issued.
The order was only documented being used once, in 18 BBY, where Obi-Wan Kenobi and Ferus Olin were attempting to escape Imperial patrols. This happened while Olin was in hiding on Bellassa in the city of Ussa. However, Kenobi believed that the clones would not honor their ultimatum and execute the prisoners anyways.

Even though Kylo Ren uses a red lightsaber, harnesses the dark side of the Force, and wears a cape, he is not a Sith. Because of that, he can never hold the title of Darth.
According to Star Wars Legends content, the first Sith was a former Jedi Master, Ajunta Pall, who became a so-called Dark Jedi, or “Fallen” Jedi.
N'Kata Del Gormo was a Force-sensitive male Hysalrian Jedi Master who lived during the times of the Galactic Republic. According to legend, he found and trained Yoda and a Force-sensitive Human friend.
