There's a one in 4,096 chance, or 0.0244% portability, of finding perfect IVs from a wild catch. There is also a Weather Boosted wild catch though, which gives you a significant odds boost.
Is 0 IV Pokemon good? A 0 IV is only good for speed, where you may want your Pokemon to be as slow as possible for Trick Room, Gyro Ball, etc. Maybe some special attackers would like 0 in attack to minimize confusion damage, but that's not a huge deal. It can also minimize Foul Play damage, but again, NBD.
0 Attack IVs: Used for special attackers, so they don't take extra confusion and Foul Play damage.
The chance to get a 100% IV (15/15/15) Pokemon in Pokemon GO is 1/4096, or in percentage, 0.0244%. The chance to get any combination of IVs is the same and equals 1/4096. The game awards IV values using three random rolls, from 0 to 15.
A Pokemon with a 0% Attack IV sounds like it'd be incredibly weak, but IVs are added onto a "base stat" for attack that's shared with all Pokemon of their type.
Is it worth keeping 0 star Shadow Pokemon? Yes keep your shadow Pokemon unpurified. Shadow Pokemon works as angry Pokemon and will deal damage more faster then Normal or Purified Pokemon. The attack power of a Shadow Pokemon is boosted by 1.2x or 20%, making its fast attack hit significantly harder.
Nundo's can only be caught in the wild. They cannot be hatched; caught from a raid; or reward encounter; or get from a trade. They're more rare than hundos because you could get a hundo from all those ways.
Generation I and II. In Generation I and II, only four IVs are stored for each individual Pokémon: Attack, Defense, Speed, and Special. Each of these is used to determine their associated stat, with the HP IV determined from the IVs stored for the other four. IVs range from 0-15 (in binary 0000-1111).
A perfect IV Pokemon is a Pokemon with some its IVs (usually 4-5 of them) at the maximum value of 31. This can be extended to the right Nature, too.
Should you only keep 3 star Pokemon go? A lot of your shiny Pokemon won't be 3-stars. So if you want to hang on to a shiny, don't delete them. Some are rare, and your best stuff might be 2-stars.
If a Pokemon is created with IVs even below 20, they're considered worthless and unusable. There are two cases who you wouldn't want a 31 in a stat. The first case is primarily the Speed stat, where you want a 0, for the purposes of Trick Room, which reverses the turn order.
Azelf, Mesprit, and Uxie are the rarest Pokemon in Pokemon Go because they're region exclusive. The three Legendary Pokemon spawn in the wild but only in the following regions: Azelf – North America, South America, and Greenland. Mesprit – Europe, Africa, Middle East, and India.
The defense stat is typically preferable over the stamina stat because it effectively decreases the opponent Pokémon's attack damage. In deciding that 15/15/0 might be the better IV choice of those 3 options, remember that IV is a bonus to a Pokémon's base stats and any battle is largely decided by those base stats.
The chance to get a 100% IV (15/15/15) Pokémon in Pokémon GO is 1/4096, or in percentage, 0.0244%. The chance to get any combination of IVs is the same and equals 1/4096.
A 100% IV would mean that Attack, Defense and Stamina are all at 15. Everything below that works out to being a percentage of the maximum possible stat of 45. For example: A Gengar with 10 Attack, 10 Defense and 12 Stamina would have an IV of 71%. In other words, 71% of 45.
A perfect IV Pokemon, when fully levelled up, will be as powerful as that particular species can be. On the other hand, a high CP will show power in terms of an absolute score but might be on the lower end of the potential spectrum. When battling, high CP Pokemon should be utilized.
Unlike EVs, there is no cap for the IV total; it is theoretically possible to have a Pokémon with 31 in every IV. Statistically, the best you can hope to achieve is 31 in three of the six stats, with the remaining three being left up to chance.

Hundo is much more rare than shiny as far as legendary raids. Shiny rate is somewhere around 1/25. But the odds for a perfect is much worse.
