The guaranteed five-star item has a 50 percent chance to be Klee. If you last another 90 attempts without getting Klee, your one-hundred and eightieth attempt is guaranteed to be Klee.
Since Klee comes with her own banner, there's a 50/50 chance that whatever five-star character you get will be her. That makes the probability of getting Klee from her banner 0.3% or 3 in 1000. We're just as confused as you are. That's actually very alarming.

Klee's age is vague, but we know she's not a teenager yet. That's anywhere from about 7-12. What muddles things is the fact that Alice is some kind of long-lived elf. It could mean they have a slower growth rate, resulting in childish/youthful looks, and they're actually older than their appearance suggests.
