Great Power. Like his namesake, Spider-Man's strength and agility stand far above those of the average human, allowing him to lift nearly ten tons and to leap and move at incredible speeds with high accuracy.
According to several Marvel sources including The Marvel Encyclopedia, Spider-Man's maximum strength is being able to lift 10 tons.
A spider can lift 170x their weight, and if Peter has inherited a spider's powers, he could lift about 25000 pounds, roughly translating to 12.5 ton. But in the comics it has been proven he can lift up to 100-300 tons if under extreme conditions.
Among these powers was the proportionate strength of a spider. The Spider-Man comics state that he can lift roughly ten tons, making him dangerously strong, yet he never kills or severely injures the criminals he fights. The films generally shy away from showing Spider-Man's full potential strength.
In his early days, as a teenager, Spider-Man's official bench-press strength was 10 tons. But the following years have seen him demonstrate levels far above that mark. A more realistic assessment for modern Spider-Man's strength would have him capable of lifting 40 tons – or perhaps more when under extreme stress.
According to his official Marvel page, Spider-Man is capable of lifting up to ten tons, and that means that he is a lot stronger than some of the other characters that have peak-human strength. However, Spider-Man's strength pales in comparison to the likes of Thor and the Hulk.

Warning: contains spoilers for Devil's Reign: Spider-Man #1! Marvel fans know that Spider-Man is a strong superhero, but the company has just confirmed that Peter Parker is strong enough to defeat the Incredible Hulk in a one-on-one brawl.
1 Cosmic Spider-Man
Cosmic Spider-Man is undoubtedly the most powerful variation of the character.
Yes, even Spider-Man has been worthy of holding the hammer of Thor.
Marvel Comics: Who is stronger: Spider-Man or Captain America ... Who is better Spiderman or Captain America? Spiderman has significantly greater physical strength than Captain America. Captain America has on occasion had Super Strength, but it's not usually been one of his major attributes or powers.
UNLIMITED STRENGTH
The answer; there isn't one. The amazing thing about the Hulk is that unlike nearly every other superhero ever created, the Hulk's strength has absolutely no upper limit. He can lift a commercial airplane – which weighs around 100 tons – when he is at his calmest; that's no problem for him.
Not only did Spidey lift a tank above his head, he slammed it into the ground and destroyed it. The phrase "mini-tank" might suggest lifting it would be an everyday feat for Spidey.
Not at all. Spider-Man is stronger than Captain America, Falcon, Winter Soldier, Wolverine, Beast, and every other character that doesn't have super-human strength. But he's weaker than Thor, Hercules, Hulk, Wonder Man, Luke Cage, Thing, Captain Marvel (either of them), & Colossus.
Spider-Man's stamina is equally advanced and produces fewer fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This means that he can fight for a long time without getting tired or worn out, making him a formidable opponent in any battle.

Hercules / Zeus
While not cosmic (none of that on this list!), he can survive the vacuum of space and resist cosmic attacks. He ranks above Thor here because he's technically the stronger of the two. In fact, he is considered by many authorities to be the physically strongest character Marvel has ever created.
Genetically imprinted with spider DNA, Miguel has superhuman strength (lifting 10 tons under optimal conditions), speed, stamina, reflexes and agility, and enhanced durability.
1 BULLETPROOF
For all his powers, Spider-Man is still just a man. He is covered in mortal flesh that can bruise and bleed. He doesn't possess any kind of invulnerability, like some of his superhero buddies. He relies on his speed and agility to stay out of the way of lethal hits.
The red-sun radiation negates Superman's invulnerability in regards to Spider-Man, allowing Spider-Man's punches to hurt Superman until the radiation dissipates, and Superman is again invulnerable.
In fact, the comics have put Superman's strength at a point where he's able to lift around 2 billion tons! To put that into perspective, the Empire State Building is only 365,000 tons!
According to official Marvel Database, Captain America's full limits of strength is lifting up to 1,200 lbs with maximum effort, which gives him the ability to knock out Thunderball who possessed superhuman durability and also lift merge hulk. It's enhanced strength, but not at the superhuman level.
Other than Thor and Odin, certain other individuals have proven worthy of lifting Mjolnir in the primary continuity: Roger "Red" Norvell (a deliberate ruse by Odin) Beta Ray Bill. Buri (also known as Tiwaz, Thor's great-grandfather)
