Halloween Costumes and Costume Collection have created these awesome Marvel superhero height charts comparing the tallest and shortest characters. Groot and Juggernaut are by far the tallest in the two groups, while Yellow Jacket and Ant-Man are obviously the shortest.
Natasha RomanovaBlack Widow. Despite super spy Natasha Romanoff's checkered past, she's become one of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s most deadly assassins and a frequent member of the Avengers. 131 lbs. S.H.I.E.L.D.

It was revealed in Age of Ultron, that Bruce and Natasha both had romantic feelings for each other. Since she was in love with Hulk, Natasha was no longer scared by him. By then, Natasha was the one who was able to get to Hulk by reciting a small statement.
As far as female superheroines are concerned, the tallest one is Angelina Brancale, aka Stunner, a lesser-known Marvel supervillain from Spider-Man's universe, who is 7'2” (2.18 m) tall, which is quite impressive for a female character, but not even close to Onslaught.
WHO IS MARVEL'S TALLEST CHARACTER? As Marvel's chart indicates, Marvel's first Giant-Man, Hank Pym, can grow as high as 60 feet tall.
Let's break It down. Both Thanos and the Hulk are around 8 feet tall, The Hulk May have him by an inch or two here.
Bruce Banner (The Hulk)
This would make his Endgame age 54, just slightly older than his good friend Tony Stark. In human form, Dr. Banner is around 5'9", but when he becomes the Hulk, he shoots up to approximately 8'2", which in a way makes him the tallest original avenger (but only sometimes).
Venom is portrayed as being 7 feet 6 inches (229 cm) tall and weighing 500 pounds (230 kg), with a "smooth, oily, black" appearance.

As one would expect, Ant-Man is the tiniest Marvel character. However, we were a little surprised to see some characters turning out to be so short. Valkyrie feels like she's approaching six feet on screen, but she's only 5'4. Even Throg, the Thor frog from Loki, got included in this size chart.
Peter Parker has such bad luck, that there's a phrase for it: Parker luck. He is easily the most unlucky hero in the Marvel Universe, which is saying something. The things he's been through have taken bad luck to the next level.
Hank Pym is a classic Marvel character and a significant founding member of the Avengers family. He's also arguably one of the worst members of the team. His treatment of his wife Janet was abhorrent, his creation of Ultron was horrendous and his role post-Civil War was misinformed.
Weaknesses. Brainwashing: During her time as a spy for the Red Room, they mentally programmed her with certain mental commands, which can bring her under control, should she ever turn rogue. This was used by Nighthawk to put Black Widow into a comatose state.
