“O, Allah! Provide me with lawful (Halal) livelihood, adequate to my needs instead of the unlawful (Haram), and make me suffice with Your graces needing nothing from anyone else.” “O Allah, I ask for Your favor.” “O, Allah!
The name of Allah سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ Al-Ghani, the rich or wealthy. This is one of the names of Allah سُبْحَٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَٰلَىٰ from the Qur'an as it is mentioned 18 times. It is often explained in pairs with Al-Mughni (The Enricher) for its closeness in meaning.

Allah is the One who determines our rizq or sustenance. And indeed, one of the names of Allah is 'Ar-Razzaq' or 'The Provider'. Allah provides sustenance to all of humankind, whether they are believers or non-believers, and all of His creations including animals and plants.
Al-Ismul Azam (Arabic: الاسم الأعظم) or Al-Ism al-A'zam, literally "the greatest name" (also known as "Ismullah-al-Akbar" (Arabic: اسم الله الأکبر), refers in Islam to the greatest name of Allah known only to the prophets.

“My Lord, aid me and do not aid against me, and grant me victory and do not grant victory over me, plan for me and do not plan against me, guide me and facilitate guidance for me, grant me victory over those who transgress against me.”
Other chapters of the Holy Qur'an also mentioned in Hadith for continuous rizq include Maryam, Chapter 19, Surah As-Saffat, Chapter 37 and Al-Shams, Chapter 91. It is also recommended to recite Suratul Qadr Chapter 97 one thousand times a day.
O Allah our Lord! Send us from heaven a table set (with viands), that there may be for us - for the first and the last of us - a solemn festival and a sign from thee; and provide for our sustenance, for thou art the best Sustainer (of our needs).
Quran describes that seeking forgiveness for your sins from Allah ﷻ is the way to increase your Rizq or wealth in Surah Nooh 71:10-12. Seek your Lord's forgiveness, He is truly the Most Forgiving. He will shower you with abundant rain, supply you with wealth and children, and give you gardens as well as rivers.

2470. 37 “The example of those who spend their wealth in the way of Allah is like a seed [of grain] which grows seven spikes; in each spike is a hundred grains. And Allah multiplies [His reward] for whom He wills. And Allah is all-Encompassing and Knowing.” Qur'an 2:261.
Thus, paying zakat and other non-obligatory donations is a means of heart and soul purification for both the payer and the payees. On the part of the payer, paying these is the solution to natural human greed and the desire to accumulate more and more wealth.
According to a sahih hadith: 'There are three prayers that will be answered: the prayer of one who has been wronged, the prayer of a traveller, and the prayer of a father against his child.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 1905.
In contrast to prayer, there is no fixed time or place for making dua. Wudu is not obligatory for dua. We don't even need to have wudu to make dua. We are allowed to put our hands up and ask Allah for what we need - at any time and any place.
If you are committing any sin which you are aware of, then it is best advised to stop committing that sin so that Allah will answer your dua's. We don't know which sin of ours is stopping Allah from accepting our prayers.
