To sign out of Windows 11, select Start . Select the Accounts icon (or picture), then select Sign out. To sign out of Windows 10, select Start , then on the left side of the Start menu, choose the Accounts icon (or picture), and then select Sign out.
For users who have an administrator account and a separate user account, you can delete only their administrator account. If the person is leaving your organization, you delete both accounts. Learn more about revoking admin privileges.
Only an admin can remove an admin or moderator role from a group member.
If you wish to add an additional owner or change ownership of your account you can do so by going to users > admin tab > click on the specific permissions for the individual you want to change and make them an owner. Please keep in mind that only owners can make an administrator an owner.
In the search box on the taskbar, type Computer Management and select it from the list. Select the arrow next to Local Users and Groups to expand it. Select Users. Right-click Administrator and select Rename.

You can't delete the normal administrator account when you are login with it. So, you should sign in with another administrator account (has administrator privilege), and then remove that one you don't need. Built-in administrator can't be truly removed from your Windows 10 system, but can be disabled and hidden.
You can enable the built-in administrator account in Windows 11 using the Command Prompt. You can use the net user command to make changes to the user account.

If you use an email address and password to sign in to these or other services, you already have a Microsoft account—but you can also sign up for a new one at any time. An administrator/Local account is a user account that lets you make changes that will affect other users.
Because the administrator account exists on all Windows 10 for desktop editions (Home, Pro, Enterprise, and Education), renaming the account makes it slightly more difficult for attackers to guess this user name and password combination.
To swap in the desired account first sign into the mistaken email account, change it to a Local Account in Settings > Accounts > Your Info > Sign in with a Local Account instead.
Owners and administrators both have all permissions, including posting listings, editing the organization's profile, and managing the permissions of other administrators, but an owner has control over other owners as well as administrators.
When you delete an admin account, all data saved in that account will be deleted. For instance, you will lose your documents, pictures, music and other items on the desktop of the account.
While administrators can also have approval and billing permissions, the owner will have these permissions assigned automatically, and they can't be revoked. Note that the owner can always override the administrators' changes.
From your organization, select Settings > Administrators. Find the user on the list and select Remove.
To delete an administrator account in Windows, log into a different administrator account, and go to Windows Settings -> Accounts -> Family & other users. Select the account you want to delete and click Remove -->Delete account and data.
To remove your Microsoft account from Windows 10 (or Windows 11), you must sign in to Windows with a local account. So, if you sign in to Windows with a Microsoft account and it is the only MS account on Windows,* first switch to a local account, and then remove the MS account.
