No matter how old you are, it's easy to think there's some sort of cutoff point where starting a new career (or starting anything new in life, for that matter,) is impossible. But that's simply not true.
It says that people are better at tackling their goals when they start on so-called temporal landmarks (i.e. start of the new year, the first of the month, beginning/end of the week). Fresh starts are often accompanied by some instance of failure or sub-par past performance.
It's never to late to start “living”, or for that matter loving, working, studying, doing sports, or whatever you may want to do with your life. The only limitations are your physical capabilities and your own desire or will to do them!
Age is just a number. You're never too old for a new start. Let go of the fear and anxiety about where you should be and start building the life you want to live.
Even if you are feeling too old to make significant changes in your life, you can still turn your life around, and it's all a matter of making that choice or else things will never change.
Of course it is not too late and you are not too old. In fact, you are too old NOT to go to college/university anymore. If you want to get more knowledge, get a different job or reach some other goal in life and college/university is the way to get there, then it's about time you started!
