Yes. I travel more with the stuff I might need than very light - because I travel a lot, so I tend to end up needing it on one trip or another. I, and therefore you, can fit a durable suitcase, 10 days of clothes, with toiletries and a bunch of other travel supplies, in 20kg.
Take 3 pairs of jeans, 4 or 5 tops, a sweatshirt/jacket, 2 pairs of PJ's are enough. (I would only take one pair.) Take things you can layer - add a jacket if it's chilly, take off a long sleeve shirt if you are warm. Toiletries - try to take things that are nearly empty (don't take brand new full bottles).

15kg should be adequate for a summer holiday (ie no coats or jumpers, but plenty of beach towels). We are just back from our holiday, admittedly one week rather than two, and we took 2 x 13kg and 4 x 9kg (6 people). Our baggage allowance was 20kg pp but we didn't come close.
Medium-sized to large suitcases have a height of around 75cm. These suitcases are perfect for vacations of 2 to 3 weeks. For example to the French Riviera. The suitcases have a capacity of about 75 to 95 liters, which equals about 15 to 20kg of luggage.

The recommended maximum weight is reduced to 5kg for loads being held at arms length or above shoulder height. Maximum weight guidelines recommend lower weights for women.
Unless your case is canvas, your case is likely to weigh a kilo or two! Unless you are wearing very little and only the shoes you are travelling in, you would be hard pushed to get away with only 10kg. I have just had 12 nights in Spain and managed quite easily with 10 kilos. The secret is to travel light.
