Luckily Reiner, and Annie, Gabi, and Falco make it out alive, as well as Survey Corp members Levi, Connie, Jean, and Historia.
Annie Leonhart
It's surprising that Annie has still managed to survive, given that she was the main antagonist of Season 1, and was captured as a result. However, by encasing herself in crystal, she was able to withstand her captivity, and has made it to the show's final fight.
Attack on Titan episode 81's final scene shows how, in the melee of Eren's wall-breaking, Annie Leonhart finally emerged from her cocoon, 3 seasons and approximately 4 in-universe years since turning herself into the mother of all paperweights.
Both Reiner Braun and Annie Leonhart are freed from their Titan forms after Eren's death. Both of these pivotal Marley Warriors get their wish: to return home and be reunited with their respective families, in the light of honor and service.
The only reason why Annie Leonhart survive the Titan Crystal Cocoon for 4 years without food and water is because she is a Titan Shifter. Why can humans survive much longer without food than without water?
After gaining full control of the Founding Titan's abilities, Eren releases the Wall Titans and causes the Walls to crumble away; this also causes the crystal around Annie to break apart, inadvertantly releasing her from imprisonment.
2 She Was Trapped In A Crystal For Years
After fighting Eren and Mikasa, Annie knew that she couldn't escape from the Survey Corps, resulting in her using her hardening abilities to form an indestructible crystal around her body. For years, she stayed in there and was conscious the entire time.
After her identity was revealed, which resulted in her defeat by Eren Jaeger and Mikasa Ackermann, she crystallized herself into a coma to protect herself and the secrets that she held from being unraveled. Until her escape four years later, Annie was retained by the Survey Corps [Chapter 34, Volume 8].
Though the protagonists' relationship succeeds on many levels, it does not succeed in the traditional sense—it does not end in marriage. On the other hand, the film does end relatively happily, with only a tinge of sadness. Put simply, the film champions the notion that love fades.
Luckily Reiner, and Annie, Gabi, and Falco make it out alive, as well as Survey Corp members Levi, Connie, Jean, and Historia. Unfortunately, as the latest installment of Attack on Titan's anime showed, one of the greatest casualties is Hange Zoë who sacrifices their lives to slow the Rumbling's advance.
In Eren's character interview, it is said that Eren has feelings for Annie; but doesn't know if it's out either romantic or just deep admiration. Isayama cleared this statement up and said it's only “deep respect.”
Founding Titan is the first and the strongest Titan of all the nine. If the Founding Titan is someone from Royal Bloodline, then it will possess limitless power. Eren Yeager was not someone of royal blood that's why he asked for Zeke's help to use the Founding Titan to its fullest.
Punjab rescues Annie from Rooster and reunites her with Warbucks and Grace. Rooster and Lily are arrested and Annie is officially adopted by Warbucks. At a party that the orphans, a redeemed Hannigan, and the Roosevelts attend, Warbucks gives Annie the new locket as they embrace.
From Annie's side, her feelings for Armin are much more obvious as her normal cold, harsh and at times heartless persona shifts when she's with Armin as she shows a much more kinder side when she's with him.
Later, even Mikasa puts together that Annie returns Armin's feelings, but unfortunately, after the two part ways, their romantic storyline is left at that.
Annie is genuinely selfish, due to having been abandoned at birth and being used as a tool by everyone she has ever known, even by her adoptive father who wanted a better life for himself through her. She has no interest in protecting strangers due to being unattached to most of humanity to an absurdly high degree.
The title character. The spunky and optimistic 11-year-old orphan who is looking for her birth parents. She ends up getting adopted by Oliver Warbucks.
Armin Arlert
After the battle in Stohess, Annie crystalizes herself. Armin would constantly visit her, after emerging from her crystal she and Armin form an alliance. On the boat to Odiha, the two then confess their feelings from one another. In the time-skip it's implied that they're together.
Plot twist, she actually like Armin this entire time. They have this small heart to heart where Annie was able to find solace in Armin because he visited her when she was crystalized. She asked him why he did that and Armin confesses that he secretly likes her.
Can Eren beat Annie in hand to hand combat? If we're talking about just them without their titans, then no, it's been shown that Annie can yeet Eren. If we're talking about in their titan forms, then Eren would win. His Attack Titan is superior, as has been shown that Eren's titan can beat her.
Mikasa has come fully into her Ackermann strength and the creation of Thunder Spears has leveled the playing field between humans and Titans. If Mikasa were to fight Annie's Female Titan now, Thunder Spears would likely allow Mikasa a swift win. Human to human combat between the two, however, is a different question.
Levi managed to incapacitate the Female Titan, but at a crucial moment, the Female Titan summoned more Titans to come to her aid. As the horde of Titans joined, Levi impressively killed them instantly.
Through this knowledge, it can be a plausible theory that even if a man inherits the Female Titan, the form will not change. This means that his titan form will still retain the Female Titan's typical feminine features such as breasts and slight figure. The Female Titan has to exist.
After these seventeen centuries when Karl Fritz, the 145th king of the Fritz family, abandoned the conflicts of Eldia and relocated to Paradis Island, the Female Titan was taken by the nation of Marley during the Great Titan War. Around the year 843, Annie Leonhart was chosen to inherit the power of the Female Titan.
Manga. The Female Titan (女型の巨人 Megata no Kyojin?) was one of the Nine Titans and possessed the ability to easily mimic the attributes of the other Titans. It could also selectively harden parts of its skin and attract Pure Titans with its screams, possibly due to its aforementioned mimicry ability.
