Brandy Cattle (also known as Aunty Brandy by Bluey and Bingo) is a secondary character, the older sister of Chilli, the sister-in-law of Bandit, and the maternal aunt of Bluey and Bingo.
Chilli Heeler / Mum (voiced by Melanie Zanetti), the Red Heeler mother of Bluey and Bingo who works part-time in airport security.
Some Bluey storylines are more open to interpretation than this one, like the theory that Bluey is a rainbow baby. It turns out that the chatter is true – Brandy cannot have children and it's a reasonable conclusion that she is, in fact, infertile.
Bingo Heeler is one of the main characters of Bluey. Serving the role as a deuteragonist, she is the younger daughter of Bandit and Chilli, the younger sister of Bluey, and niece of Stripe, Trixie, Rad, and Brandy.
The episode introduces mum Chilli's sister, Brandy - voiced by Australian actress Rose Byrne.

He said yes: “'The Show' indeed does point at Chilli having a miscarriage.” In his response to Oderberg, Brumm said that in the episode, Chilli passes down her coping strategy to Bingo. He was inspired by a person who had a miscarriage and had to “pick herself up and keep going” to take care of her children.
The theory has been circling fan circuits since the show's first season when Bingo was mysteriously admitted to the hospital in 'Bumpy and the Wise Old Wolfhound' without an explanation. Many believe the reason behind the little pup's hospital visit is Bingo suffering from Celiac disease or a strong gluten intolerance.
And another added: "In the new Bluey episode Dragon confirms that Chilli's mum has passed which is crazy that the 'Chilli's mum is dead' theory is actually true."
Chilli's Mum is a minor character in Bluey, in a picture in the episodes Obstacle Course and Promises.
My Journey
This confirmation comes thanks to the book Hard to Bear: Investigating the Science and Silence of Miscarriage, by Isabelle Oderberg. The author reached out to Bluey's creator, Joe Brumm, who confirmed that the famous scene was in fact a nod to Chilli's miscarriage, reports the Gotta Be Done podcast.

Disney+ currently carries all three seasons of the Australian animated programme. The episode was apparently censored by Disney because it included an open discussion of farting. Now, according to the website Fatherly, an episode from season two entitled “Dad Baby” appears to still be banned on the streamer.

Wendy is Judo's mother and Bluey & Bingo's next door neighbour. She is occasionally witness to, and disturbed by the antics of her neighbours (most notably Bandit's) as a recurring joke in the series. Her daughter is Judo and her husband is Idred.
Others speculate Chilli had a miscarriage at one stage and has been 'heavily impacted' by this, as reflected in her behaviour.
Frisky has been a friend of Chilli and/or Bandit for at least several years, having been one of the guests at their wedding. It was there that she first encountered Rad Heeler, Bandit's brother, whom she would later recall fell into the pool.
Episode 32 of season three (called Onesies) is, on the surface, a look at Bingo's raucous imagination gone haywire, as Chili's estranged sister Brandy finally comes to visit after four years. She arrives with two animal onesies, a cheetah for Bingo and a zebra for Bluey.

Bingo is Bluey's younger sister. She's 4 years old, and a red heeler like her mum. Bingo also likes to play but she is a bit quieter than Bluey, so is more likely to be the customer than the shop owner. Sometimes though, when Bluey asks her to be the doctor, rather than the patient, she really enjoys it.
