Contaminant Immunity: Captain America is immune to all Earthly diseases, infections and disorders, and has never become ill after receiving the Super-Soldier Serum. He's impervious to gas attacks, poisons, and nerve-toxins of any kind and completely resistant to diseases like anthrax, smallpox and HIV.
After receiving the Super Soldier Serum Captain America realized that he developed an immunity to all Earthly diseases, as he never gets sick and cannot be killed with toxins or poisonous gasses.
Cap's ability to also resist vampirism shows the extent of his super-powered immunity. The fact that Captain America is able to resist every form of infection, including vampirism, just goes to show that his enhanced immune system is Cap's most extreme power.

The Super-Soldier Serum also grants individuals immunity to any disease, illness, and poison known to man due to their bodies' ability to process it faster than the effects can cause harm to their body.

And from the start, fans knew he was almost indestructible due to his mutant healing factor and Adamantium skeleton. His powers would have one assume that it would be impossible for Logan to get drunk. But he can, has and does do that in past comics.
Some may argue Cap also has superpowers, but still, he is nowhere near how strong Spider-Man is. However Captain America heals quicker. His Super-soldier serum made him heal quickly.

Soldier Supreme
This version of Captain America exists in the Infinity Warps universe, as Steve Rogers merged with Steven Strange to become the Soldier Supreme. In that regard, he has the enhanced strength and physical qualities of Captain America and all of the powerful mystical abilities that Doctor Strange has.
Hank is especially strong when he enlarges to the size of a building in his Giant-Man form. Similarly, Iron Man, Thor, and the Hulk have also proven to be more physically capable than Captain America in terms of sheer strength, meaning out of all of them, Captain America is, in fact, the weakest.
Is Captain America immortal? The short answer is no he's not. Although Steve Rogers has a longer lifespan than the average human due to the super-soldier serum in his blood, he will eventually die. Cap still looks pretty good for a 179 year old man though.
Captain America isn't bullet proof, no. His uniform does have some armoring in it, mostly in the torso, to help stop small caliber bullets. But he has actually been shot many times in the comic books -- usually so-called "minor flesh wounds" in his arms, legs and shoulders.
