Those two countries dealing with the misfortune of not having coca-cola or coca-cola products are Cuba and North Korea.
Air Koryo soft drinks are also sold at some North Korean grocery stores. Coca-Cola bottled in China is available in upscale grocery stores in Pyongyang, and Pepsi bottled in China is also available, although it is rare compared to Coca-Cola's availability.

North Korea | No Diplomatic Relations, No Coca-Cola
The United States has long imposed sanctions on this East Asian Kim dynasty. Since 1950 when North Korea invaded South Korea, the US has tightened its sanctions from time to time. In 1988, the US declared North Korea as a state sponsor of terrorism.
There is a "huge number" of bars in Pyongyang where beer is available. In the summer and during festivals, beer tents pop up around Pyongyang. Tourists can buy beer with foreign currency without the limitations that apply to North Koreans. A beer in international hotels cost about two euros.
There are no laws against public drinking, although of course it's not allowed to drink (or smoke) around political or revolutionary sites. During holidays and Sundays you'll find North Koreans in public parks and at the beach, drinking, singing, dancing or even putting on standup comedy routines.
Pepsi sightings are rarer. The cola served at restaurants and lining the shelves in stores where more typical North Koreans shop are likely to be local imitations, though one of the more popular ones could, from a distance, easily pass as a Coke.
