He's not. He's Corvus Lestrange, the son of Corvus Lestrange Snr and his second wife, Clarisse Lestrange née Tremblay. He has an older half-sister, Leta, from his father's first marriage with Laurena Kama.
His paternal grandparents were Livia and Septimus Snape.
Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore confirmed that Credence Barebone/Aurelius Dumbledore (Ezra Miller) is the new Snape (Alan Rickman) through a very familiar line delivered by Aberforth Dumbledore (Richard Coyle).
Credence's costume and hair change are so similar to Severus Snape's that it foreshadows his path in Fantastic Beasts 3 — consequently ruining his ending. Grindelwald abused Credence's need for an identity, telling him whatever he wanted to hear to secure his loyalty in his war against Dumbledore.
Severus Snape was born toTobias Snape and Eileen Prince. Growing up near Lily Potter, Snape and her were best friends but Severus found it hard to live with his parents, as his father hated magic.
They are from different families. Though Queenie might be related to Anthony Goldstein. Yeah, there are some similarities between them like they both were half blood and what u said but they are not related in any way. Also, Queenie was a naturally born legillimen while Snape had acquired that skill.
Fantastic Beasts 3 reveals that Credence is Aberforth Dumbledore's illegitimate son.
In the final scene of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, the second installment in J.K. Rowling's five-film Fantastic Beasts franchise, dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Johnny Depp) reveals to Credence Barebone (Ezra Miller) that he is actually Aurelius Dumbledore, the long-lost brother of Albus Dumbledore ( ...
Following this, Credence hid with Nagini at 18 Rue Philippe Lorand, being followed by Gunnar Grimmson, the bounty hunter. At that location Credence found Irma Dugard, the half-elf, whom he believed to be his mother, as her name was on his adoption papers.
So the suggestion is that Credence Barebone and Nagini will turn out to be Snape's grandparents. This is certainly not the first time that Nagini has been theorized to be related to someone in Harry Potter, and it is definitely not the first time it has been suggested that Credence and Nagini will become an item.
But Credence is dying as a result of his Obscurus curse, and it's very likely Aberforth will only get to spend just a short amount of precious time with his son. This is the root of Credence not being mentioned in the Harry Potter series.
Tom Riddle, Jr (aka Voldemort), was born in December of 1926, just one month after the events of Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. However, after seeing the film, it's clear that Credence is probably not Tom Riddle, and here's why: Magic. Spoilers ahead. Tom Riddle Sr. is a Muggle — a No-Maj if you prefer.
It is explained that Credence is the illegitimate son of Albus's younger brother, Aberforth (Richard Coyle). His real name is Aurelius Dumbledore. Aberforth's wife was murdered, and Aurelius was raised under the name Credance as an orphan.
Snape was born to Eileen Prince, a witch, and Tobias Snape, a Muggle, making him a half-blood (hence the name, "Half-Blood Prince"). This is rare for a Death Eater, as remarked in the last book, though Voldemort himself also had a Muggle father.
A doe. And in his final battle with Lord Voldemort, Harry explained the significance of this to his adversary, and to us: 'Snape's Patronus was a doe,' said Harry, 'the same as my mother's, because he loved her for nearly all of his life, from the time when they were children'.
The Snapes were related to the pure-blood Prince family. Sometime before 1960, pure-blood witch Eileen Prince married Muggle Tobias Snape. They had one child, half-blood wizard Severus Snape. The marriage seemed to be unhappy, as they lived in near-destitution, frequently argued, and were neglectful of their son.
It's safe to say Credence didn't have long to live, but this doesn't necessarily mean that he won't appear in Fantastic Beasts 4. Dumbledore said he couldn't be saved, but he didn't say his life couldn't be prolonged. Credence is a powerful Dumbledore, and he is now under the care of two others.
Linda Santiago: Credence's Aunt.
Whilst under her care, Credence was physically abused by the deranged woman as to suppress his magical abilities. Her frequent abuse of her adopted son would cause him to become arguably the most powerful Obscurial in the Harry Potter universe.
Snape also lived in a slum neighborhood and wore dirty, ill-fitting clothes. So, given all his years of emotional/physical abuse, how did Snape escape becoming an Obsurial? Lucky for Snape, an Obscurus only forms when a young wizard/witch actively tries to suppress their magical capabilities.
Snape was Dumbledore's man from the moment Lily was murdered. Over the years he did whatever he could to try to make up for his past as a Death Eater, and he followed Dumbledore – for the most part – without question.
After a careful investigation, the user suggested that it may have been Alison's makeup that made the difference. They added, “[It] really changes her face in my opinion; she's still beautiful if not more so.” More research proves that Alison was pregnant while filming, which could also explain things.
It turns out that Credence isn't Albus' brother — he's his nephew. "The Secrets of Dumbledore" circumvents the timeline issues by revealing that Credence — or rather, Aurelius — isn't Albus' brother. He's Aberforth's son, which makes him Albus' nephew.
As the phoenix bird's ashes drop onto him, Albus knows for certain that Credence is in fact Aurelius, Aberforth's long-lost son. Furthermore, he also realizes the phoenix is staying by his side because he is dying as a result of his Obscurus curse.
Queenie Malfoy (born 2015) is the youngest child of Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy.
