Dr. Kyudai Garaki, also better known by his villainous alias Daruma Ujiko, is a major antagonist in the manga/anime series My Hero Academia.
After reading a few official theories about Deku having a quirk before, many canon claims said that the Doctor himself was the person who STOLE Deku's original quirk, which could've been Fire Breath or something like that.
Garaki specifically stole Deku's quirk from him as a child because of its impressive potential, it's also likely that same quirk could've been the ability that All For One chose to pass down to his quirkless successor, Shigaraki.
By the end of chapter 317 (Dark Hero Arc), Deku had the makings of a villain in both power and appearance.
Tenko Shimura, better known as Tomura Shigaraki (in Japanese: 死柄木弔, Shigaraki Tomura), is the main antagonist of the My Hero Academia franchise. He serves as the arch-nemesis of Izuku Midoriya.
However, Shigaraki has a much deeper connection with the protagonist, Deku, and his tragic story is more relatable than All For One's grandiose aspiration of becoming the "Demon King", which ultimately gives a lot of credit to the decision of having Tomura Shigaraki as the true, final villain of My Hero Academia.
The man that would be known as Nine was born with a Quirk that allowed him to control and manipulate the weather around him. His Quirk was immensely powerful and was viewed as a god-like ability. At the same time though, Nine was one of the many who felt outcasted in society and believed that it should not be this way.

Dr. Kyudai Garaki, also better known by his villainous alias Daruma Ujiko, is a major antagonist in the manga/anime series My Hero Academia.
Fans are first introduced to this mad scientist under the guise of Dr. Tusbasa, who is the specialist that the juvenile and Quirkless Izuku Midoriya sought assistance from all those years ago, and it becomes quite clear just how meddlesome (and menacing) this two-faced doctor actually is.
We see his atonement for his past with Deku, and we see it on a grand scale, sacrificing his life and body for the kid he used to bully. Bakugo is aware of everything he put Deku through, as the flashbacks show, and that's why it means so much when he atones.
Whenever a hero engages in battle, there is the expectation that parts of their costume will get ripped up or destroyed. With his mask being the first piece to suffer this, as it was not well-designed, Deku likely realized there was no point in having it be constantly repaired or remade by the school's Support Course.
Deku's Rogue Arc, which fans like to call his villain arc or Dark Deku Arc, is probably the most awaited arc of My Hero Academia. Although Deku does not change teams, he does undergo significant changes.
Synopsis: In the aftermath of the double raid of the Paranormal Liberation Army headquarters, many heroes have perished.

Himiko is also highly sadistic and inconsiderate, as she is shown to take pleasure in taking blood from Ochaco in her battle. She also has a crush on Izuku Midoriya, seeing him as an attractive boy similar to her former classmate, Saito.
Villain Deku is the evil version of Izuku Midoriya from the anime My Hero Academia. His bad ending occurs after an alternate version of events in the first episode.
