Demon Slayer has earned a second R-rated movie in the United States. The movie was given a restricted rating thanks to its bloody images and violence. This rating is also the second one as such given to Demon Slayer as the anime's first movie, Mugen Train, was rated R for similar reasons.
But Demon Slayer introduced Tanjiro's main love interest briefly, and she doesn't really return until the end of the season, when she is fighting against him. His love interest that develops as the story goes on is Kanao Tsuyuri and their romance is quite adorable.

Demon Slayer was written by a woman. Most shonen is targeted at boys, employ male protagonists, and are written by men. The girl characters are shallow, usually sexualized (even the minors), and in need of constant rescue.
Tanjiro is a masculine name of Japanese origin. Translating to “high-valued second son,” this name is a wonderful classic choice to celebrate baby's beloved place in your family.

Yes.) Gentle and short kisses on the daily but whenever it gets hot, his kisses get passionate. Tanjiro is a tad bit naïve about, well, romance. His kisses are usually placed on your lips and forehead.
Not all anime shows are full of nudity and violence. Much anime is appropriate no matter what age your children are. To be sure they're seeing only the stuff you want them to see, watch a few episodes with them.
