Echo was kept alive by being turned into a cyborg, albeit at the cost of his consciousness. He became an unwitting pawn for the Separatists during their campaign on
Afterward, he chose to join the Bad Batch rather than return to the 501st. He served with them for the rest of the war, taking on the codename Havoc Four. At the end of the war, Echo served with the Bad Batch on Kaller at the time of Order 66.
Echo and his fellow Domino, Fives, later helped defend Kamino against a Separatist invasion, and were promoted to ARC troopers after the Separatists retreated.
Does Echo know Fives dead? Considering Echo had no idea about the chips either, Rex probably didn't tell him about Fives' death offscreen. And he immediately joined the BB. So no, he probably does not, though he might assume he died, since Fives wasn't around with the BB and Rex for the rescue.
As an ARC Trooper, Fives, along with his brother, Echo, participated in a plan devised by Anakin Skywalker to rescue Jedi General Even Piell from the Citadel, a Separatist prison lava planet Lola Sayu.
When a desperate Fives, believing that no one would listen to the information he had learned about the inhibitor chips, drew his weapon on Fox, he was killed by him, dying in Rex's arms.
Even though Omega's a clone born on Kamino like the rest of the clone army, it's explained that she's the result of a genetic mutation even more extreme than the ones displayed by the members of the Bad Batch. For one thing, she's a girl while the rest of the clones are all male.
* Echo comes with a helmet like the rest of his Clone Force 99 brethren. It looks fantastic and attaches around his head.
Echo's real name is Maya Lopez. She is a Native American of the Cheyenne Nation whose father worked for Kingpin before he was killed on Kingpin's order. As he was dying he reached his hand out to her, leaving a bloody handprint on her face. This is why a handprint on her face is part of her costume.
Echo is a Damage hero in Overwatch.
Why Did Echo Leave The Bad Batch? Echo has long felt like the Bad Batch should be doing more. Since discovering that Rex is alive and working against the Empire, Echo wanted to join him.
The helmet seems to have a hydraulic system on the lower back that locks into place underneath the cybernetic implant once secured on Echo's head.
Like other clone trooper officers, Rex was given ARC training. After his training was complete, Rex was assigned command of the 501st Legion's Torrent Company.
After the fall of the Republic, Vice Admiral Rampart eagerly took on the role of overseeing the clone troopers on Kamino for the new Galactic Empire. In the early days of the regime, Rampart's loyalty to Governor Tarkin and the rest of the Imperials was unquestioned.
Omega was an unmodified, yet enhanced human female clone created from the genetic template of the Mandalorian bounty hunter Jango Fett who lived in the years following the Clone Wars.
In 2021, The Bad Batch introduced Star Wars fans to Omega, an altered clone with more brothers than she can count. She may be the first female clone we've seen on-screen, but it turns out she may not have been the first.
Fives and Echo were promoted to ARC trooper status after the defense of Kamino from Separatist invaders. He and Echo were later assigned with the difficult mission of freeing Republic prisoners from the daunting Citadel prison installation on Lola Sayu.
The actor was invited to use her native New Zealand accent, an homage to fellow Kiwi Temuera Morrison who originated the role of Jango Fett and the clone soldiers in the prequel films.
In 2021, Ang starred in the Disney+ original animated series Star Wars: The Bad Batch as Omega, a mysterious female clone of Jango Fett. She was invited to keep her native New Zealand accent for the role in homage to fellow New Zealander Temuera Morrison, who portrayed Jango Fett in the franchise.
However, Lucasfilm decided to officially revive him in The Mandalorian. He even landed his own spinoff series, The Book of Boba Fett. Omega may never meet Boba Fett on The Bad Batch, but perhaps she could appear in live-action down the lIne.
Fives' last words are "This is the end. Forget the mission. Oh, nightmare. I'm free." Deeply dark and ironic words for an audience that knows Order 66 is still coming.
Not more, the same or less. Ranking is not about who's better in combat. It doesn't for instance if that was the case then Rex would've reported to Fives and Echo. Rex was also a ARC trooper but he held the rank of captain.
