The Female Titan is a titan of above-average height, power, and agility. It also has high-level hardening and the ability to attract pure titans to it. Annie's female titan was powerful enough to soundly defeat Eren's Attack Titan in the first season, and for obvious reasons.
Believing his comrades and squad's death could have been avoided if he had transformed in the first place, Eren fights the Female Titan in a long battle. The Female Titan finally defeats Eren by taking off his head and swallowing his human body. Mikasa attempts to stop the Female Titan, but to no avail.
Can Eren beat Annie in hand to hand combat? If we're talking about just them without their titans, then no, it's been shown that Annie can yeet Eren. If we're talking about in their titan forms, then Eren would win. His Attack Titan is superior, as has been shown that Eren's titan can beat her.
In terms of versatility, the War Hammer Titan is the best, and if it wasn't for Mikasa, it would have annihilated Eren. When the two fought each other, the War Hammer was pretty much in complete control because its weapons easily pierced through the Attack Titan's body.
Annie is known for being incredibly skilled in combat due to the intense training that her father put her through at a young age. The results of this training can easily be seen during her time at the 104th Training Corps, where she easily defeats Eren and ends up graduating 4th in her class overall.
Pieck's Cart Titan is arguably the weakest of the Nine, but it comes with several advantages. Unlike its eight brethren, the Cart Titan walks on all four legs, making it an excellent method of transport. Pieck often has large structures attached to her back, which carry both people and weapons.
This indicates that perhaps the point of this titan was not to be inherently female, but has abilities centered on crystallization. Therefore, if a man were to eat the human wielding this titan, he would possibly retain his masculine features, but his defining characteristic would be to crystallize.
Founding Titan
Founding Titan is the first and the strongest Titan of all the nine. If the Founding Titan is someone from Royal Bloodline, then it will possess limitless power. Eren Yeager was not someone of royal blood that's why he asked for Zeke's help to use the Founding Titan to its fullest.
1 Founding Titan
Finally, we have the Founding Titan, the first Titan of all the nine Titans and easily the strongest one.
Eren Yeager
The War Hammer Titan is the final Titan to make its presence known in the series, but its impression is still a really strong one. Its mastery of crystallization means that the War Hammer Titan can easily destroy its enemies with the crafty use of its powers.
1. Levi Ackerman. Unsurprisingly, Levi Ackerman ranks #1 on our list. He's the best Titan killer, flying through the air on his ODM gear like he was born in it.
While certainly formidable, the primary disadvantage of the Armored Titan's skin was the decreased speed of the Titan form. Whether due to increased weight or restrained movement, the Armored Titan was only capable of maintaining moderate running speeds when completely armored.
1 Eren Yaeger
By far, Eren is the strongest character in the entire series. All that power, of course, comes from the many Titan forms he's acquired over the years.
Eren possessed the power of three Titans. From his father, Eren inherited the Attack and Founding Titans. After eating Lara Tybur during the Raid on Liberio, he gained the War Hammer Titan as well.
Annie Leonhart, also known as the Female Titan is a major antagonist in the anime/manga series Attack on Titan.
Ymir was able to transform herself into the Jaw Titan (顎の巨人 Agito no Kyojin?), a 5-meter Titan. She gained this ability after she ate Marcel Galliard, a Warrior from Marley, in the year 845.
The Female Titan Has Enhanced Vocal Chords
While Titans are unable to speak -- with some exceptions -- and they rarely make a sound, several of the Titan Shifters have shown they can talk. While Annie's Female Titan, like her human self, is not talkative, she does have a gift with her vocal chords.
Not much is really known about Annie after her defeat, she has cried twice throughout the series (the second time is a spoiler) but from what evidence we can gather is that she saw that her mission was a failure and was saddened by it.
Around the year 843, Annie Leonhart was chosen to inherit the power of the Female Titan. She would later make use of her Female Titan in a war between Marley and an enemy nation.
Eren attempts to strike at Bertolt's nape, but the latter makes use of his steam emission control and prevents Eren from getting close. As Eren fights against Bertolt's steam and comes in for the killing blow, the latter evaporates his Colossus Titan instantaneously.
It is currently in the possession of Reiner Braun, although Gabi Braun and Falco Grice are two candidates being considered to inherit the power from him.
1 Ymir Fritz
She was not only the most powerful female character in Attack on Titan, but there are many other interesting facts about Ymir Fritz that most AoT fans don't even know about. As the Titan slave to the Eldian king, she was able to easily conquer entire nations around the world.
Zeke, the inheritor of the Beast Titan, is Levi's greatest enemy. The two have fought in many epic battles throughout the series and are very close in strength.
2 Mikasa Ackermann
Mikasa, in order to protect Eren, has trained immensely hard to the point of becoming a force of nature in regard to strength and determination. In Episode 9, it was overheard being said that "her prowess is equal to that of a hundred ordinary soldiers".
