Yogurt for Potassium
A 6-ounce serving of plain, low-fat yogurt gives you 398 milligrams of potassium, or 11 percent of the daily value, while 7 ounces of low-fat Greek yogurt supplies 8 percent. Sticking with low-fat yogurt supports heart health, too, by reducing the amount of saturated fat in your daily meals.

Coconut and flax milk have undetectable oxalate levels; coconut milk also has comparatively low sodium, calcium, and potassium, while flax milk has the most sodium. Overall, oat milk has the most similar parameters to dairy milk (moderate calcium, potassium and sodium with low oxalate).

If you do have hard cheeses, then good ways to help reduce the quantity used include: grating the cheese instead of having slices or chunks • using mature cheeses, as just a little can still add lots of flavour.
