Generally, Hades is used as a powerful tank to protect other units, built to be particularly useful on stages that mix traits, which would normally limit the usefulness of multiple tanks, as while they have more effective health than Hades in general, these units falter very quickly against enemies they are not meant ...
Hades is a Mid-range Tanker with a non-standard 250 range. He has a massive HP pool of 425k HP with 2 KBs and 14.3k Damage spread evenly across a 3 hit multi-attack which amounts to roughly 7000 DPS.
Pikotaro is a Metal enemy, which means he only takes 1 damage from all attacks except for Critical Hits. On the contrary, Pikotaro has very high attack damage which can kill most Cat Units in one hit.
Chronos is considered one of the top non-Uberfest Ubers in the game as well as one of the best Crowd-Controllers. Her only real weakness as a Crowd Controller is her lackluster up-time (10.3 seconds between attacks, 1-3 seconds of freeze depending on how many hit) as well as freeze-immune enemies.
It is recommended to buy her as early as possible, as she alone can carry through the whole first, second and the early portion of the third chapter, but her use rapidly declines afterwards, quickly becoming outclassed by Dark Cat (which can upgrade to + levels) and Crazed Axe Cat, two cats that aren't even very strong ...
However, with the fact that he's a free early game unit rather than an Uber Rare, Bahamut Cat is recommended for most stages in early game. Bahamut's main points of interest are his huge range and high damage area attacks, outshining any free unit obtainable at this point.
Normal/Evolved Form
Due to being the Li'l version of a Normal Cat, Li'l Tank Cat suffers from a severe lack of good basic stats, which makes it underperform greatly in his field. For this reason, usage of Li'l Tank Cat prior to unlocking its True Form is not recommended, with only a couple of exceptions.
Evangelist Cat is one of the cheapest Uber Rare Cats, second to only Chicken Cat, which no longer exists and was never obtainable to begin with. Evangelist Cat is the only non-Special Cat to be obtained via serial code and the only Uber Rare besides Chicken Cat to not drop from Rare Cat Capsules.
Depends; If you need something for floating enemies (though, you might have Sanzo), do Octopus Cat, If you need a long ranged generalist that can also slow enemies, go for Cyberpunk Cat, And if you need something to freeze Alien enemies, go for Seafarer.
THE SLOTH is one of the slowest enemy units in the game in terms of speed and attack rate, but he can inflict upwards of 8,000 damage on multiple Cat Units.
In terms of size? Zeus evolved is the tallest and biggest cat.
Titan Cat has high health and attack power, as well as moderate attack speed. Use him to tank for long-ranged cats like Gross Cat, UFO Cat and Dragon Cat, or to break past groups of enemies.
Hades, Greek Aïdes (“the Unseen”), also called Pluto or Pluton (“the Wealthy One” or “the Giver of Wealth”), in ancient Greek religion, god of the underworld. Hades was a son of the Titans Cronus and Rhea, and brother of the deities Zeus, Poseidon, Demeter, Hera, and Hestia.
The Cat God is a Special Cat that can be purchased for 2,000 XP in the Upgrade Menu after completing Korea/Nagasaki in Empire of Cats Chapter 1. He is only available to use in the Main Chapters (excluding The Big Bang and The Aku Realms).
Zeus is basically a stronger Bahamut Cat, with better attack speed, health and range, most notably, but nothing too unique. His resistance almost never comes into play, but it does make him a lot more effective against Sunfish Jones, Clionel, St. Dober and few other threatening foes.
The Sokoke cat is said to be the rarest cat in the world. Rather than being a man-created breed, the Sosoke is a naturally occurring, tiny wildcat that can be found only in the Arabuko-Sokoke Forest Preserve in Kenya (Africa).
Aside from this, Meow-sketeer is a mighty unit with excellent DPS, but dies easily. So, unless the level is thick with Traitless, Metal or long-ranged foes, Meow-sketeer is incredibly powerful and a great choice. His Long Distance is not just a little bonus, either.
2. Devon Rex. The Devon Rex cat earned its name from its place of origin, Devonshire, in the United Kingdom. “The Devon Rex is a breed of unique appearance.
Crazed Fish Cat can be considered one of the most cost-effective units in the game, and one of the strongest Crazed Cats due to its fortified health and attack power. With its low cost, it can be considered a very good anti-Red unit and general unit alike, further augmented in its true form.
This cat is very helpful against enemies that are close ranged, as well. It can take some hits from waves, and its range is perfect against slow enemies like The Face.
Even so, Axe Cat can be used as a damage dealing meatshield like Cat or Tank Cat where money generation is no problem. However, the higher cost combined with low health make Axe Cat a poor choice, even against Red enemies. The misery for Axe Cat only continues when stronger attackers like Crazed Axe Cat are unlocked.
Twin Eraser/Wall Cats will be a great help in stalling most of the enemies, but they never should be considered superior to one another. Same goes with the other Crazed Cats, they may have some eye-catching advantages, but they're low level cap and longer recharge may bite you back .
Bishop Cat lacks the stats to be a usable fighter and lacks the range to have an impact on any early game floating enemy, as they all outrange him in the first place.
Cheap and expendable, Boogie Cat can be summoned in masses to take hits in place of other, more important units. This meatshield role is quite valuable, if not for the wide selection of Cats able to perform this role much better due to faster speed.
